Good morning everyone. It is a pleasure to be on board as we start the knockout stages South American style.
This is my first day off since returning to Texas. I am really enjoying it even though Summer School has been practically stress free.
Of course, Brazil didn't end up with glory in 82
So Big Phil has gone for Fernandinho over Paulinho in midfield - not sure about that choice.

The Gooner and I were discussing the uniforms at Gooner Central. According to him FIFA have micromanaged and dictated that they want matching uniforms. I believe him and due to bloody FIFA we won't see the blue shorts. A definite miss.

The cards get wiped out after the quarters so you can't get a yellow in the semi and be out of the final
