An Early Morning on the South Coast
Morning, boys! I'm up with the chickens to follow my beloved Leeds boys as they travel to the South Coast again to meet up with Plymouth Argyle for the fourth time this season. We've beaten the Pilgrims twice, so I'm confident that we can notch an eighth win on the trot, which we need in order to keep up with the top two.
If you prefer some Premier League action, Brentfor and Liverpool are going at it at the same time. That's followed sharpish by the usual 10am fixtures, including Burnley v. Arsenal on the box. The late one then is City v. Chelsea, which used to be a big match but now is a routine outing for the Citizens.
Join me around the blog, won't you?

Daniel Farke has picked the same side that routed Swansea 0-4 in midweek. And why not?
Yes, Willy, you beauty! Gnonto scores his fifth goal in as many matches to put us 0-1 up on the South Coast. Get in! 🙂
We've been all over these mugs since kick-off, so that one was coming. It was a big odd, with a huge up and under collected and summarily dispatched by Willy.
Plymouth have come into the match a bit since going behind. We need to keep up the energy.
Nice turn and through ball from Rutter. He's really pulling the strings right now.
Half-time: We've dominated proceedings but are only 0-1 up thanks to Willy Gnonto's goal. The match is still on a knife's edge and we can ill afford to drop any points in our push for promotion.
Yes, Gio! Rutter notches the second and it's game over now. 0-2!
Referee! Should have been a pen for a foul on Dan James.
Matteo Joseph and Joffy on for late cameos.
Wahay! It's another big win on the road to promotion for us. In truth, we didn't play all that well but we controlled the match through and through. It pushes us back up into second on 69 points from 33 matches. Next up is a Friday cracker against Leicester at Elland Road.
