We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Thank you Dave and Bob. It was a really relaxing birthday as I chatted on LOB , went out to eat soup at a seafood restaurant, came back for cheesecake, then watched a movie with my daughters. I don't have any grading so it was a great birthday and part of a great weekend.
Before I forget, I shaved the beard , so Bob mus have the hairiest face on LOB at this time!
