If It's Saturday, it's Footie Time
Morning, chaps! It's footie time again. We all get started at Kenilworth Road early doors with Luton hosting high flying Tottenham. In the 3pm GMT hour, there is the usual slate of Premier League and EFL matches. My eye will be on Elland Road, as usual, where my beloved Leeds will be taking on Bristol City in what is another must-win match for the Whites. The late one is Palace v. Forest - bit of rubbish, actually.
Join me if you're watching.

Morning, chaps - I'm up early for Luton v. Spurs, a massive match at both top and bottom.
The teams coming out of the tunnel at Kenilworth Road now:
Luton Town: Kaminski, Burke, Lockyer, Andersen, Brown, Mpanzu, Nakamba, Doughty, Adebayo, Ogbene, Morris.
Subs: Barkley, Berry, Woodrow, Kabore, Chong, Mengi, Krul, Giles, Johnson.
Tottenham Hotspur: Vicario, Porro, Romero, van de Ven, Udogie, Sarr, Bissouma, Kulusevski, Maddison, Richarlison, Son.
Subs: Skipp, Hojbjerg, Gil Salvatierra, Emerson, Dier, Lo Celso, Forster, Davies, Veliz.
Referee: John Brooks (Leicestershire).
Oh - Richarlison should have scored early doors. Great little ball in from Kulusevski and the Brazilian bottled it when it was easier to score.
Oh - Richarlieson again, this time played in one-on-one but Kaminski did well with his feet.
Oh - now it's Porro being wasteful. Played in beautifully by Maddison but put it wide. Spurs should be two or three up!
Maddison finds Son on the edge of the Luton D. Son attempts to curl one into the top left but the effort flies high and wide, albeit not by any great distance. So that’s four near misses now. Spurs have done everything but score.
In the dugout, Ange Postecoglou looks a bit miffed himself, no doubt cursing his team’s early profligacy.
Lockyer is booked after taking a heavy touch while playing out from the back and scything down a predatory Maddison while attempting to remedy the situation. Really careless, really poor. A free kick just to the left of the box.
Maddison’s free kick is uncharacteristically witless. Luton clear it easily enough. But a Spurs goal is surely just a matter of time. Luton have been abysmal.
Spurs have run out 0-1 winners.
Beautiful afternoon at Elland Road. We're almost set to go here.
We're away - come on, you Whites!
Quick start from Bristol City; they've really put us under a lot of pressure.
Oh - Georginio! How did you miss that!!??
This is better. Ampadu unleashes a fierce drive that O'Leary has to tip over.
Oh - Rutter could have had a penalty there. No VAR in the Championship, of course.
Elsewhere in the Championship, league leaders are 1-0 up over Stoke.
Ipswich and PNE are drawing 1-1.
Earlier on, Boro absolutely mullered Sunderland 0-4 in the Northeast Derby.
YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
We've profited from some woeful defending and Dan James has given us the lead! 1-0 Whites!
Oh - Naismith had a chance on the turn. Deflected out for a corner.
Bugger! Naismith has ghosted in to nod home right on the stroke of half-time.
1-1
Back for the second half now. We need some goals.
YESSSSS!!!!!!!
Piroe rifles one in from the top of the box.
2-1!
That's five goals in eight for PIroe now - he's exactly the kind of sharpshooter that we've been missing in the past two seasons.
Oh - lovely move there from Gray to Kamara back to James. His cross was a bit too short.
Two changes for Bristol City now. Nigel Pearson having to roll the dice now.
We're back up to fifth from tenth. Very congested in that area of the table above the mid-point.
Oh - Rutter finds Cry on the left and he hits the post with his effort!
End to end stuff now.
Oh - Rutter again springs the attack but his pass to Cry is just a wee bit heavy.
Half way through the second half now and we could use some changes now. I'd like to see Bamford on.
Ipswich now 3-2 up over PNE. Leicester still hanging on to their 1-0 lead over Stoke.
Ah - shame. Rutter had it in the net but has been flagged off.
Oh- Byram had to clear that one off the line. We look weakest at corners.
Jaden Anthony coming on for goalscorer Dan James now.
Lord Bamford coming on for Rutter now. I would have maybe taken off Cry instead.
Wow - three changes in extra time. Coop, Bill and Gruev all coming on to bolt the door.
First chance to see Gruev in action. He has about a minute to show off. Let's hope he doesn't drop a clanger.
Oh - LB had a chance to play Anthony in but he dawdled.
Nearly there now. Hang in there.
Yes! We've secured back to back wins for the first time in nearly two years.
