Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Worst Video of the Year?

If you haven't seen this version of U2's "One" from a recent Bank of America hoe-down, you must. I nearly wet myself the first time I saw it. There is a lesson here - baldy corporate pricks should really stay away from rock 'n' roll. Surely the U2 lads still have an ounce of self-respect and integrity left to muster a law-suit in reaction. Anyway, enjoy.

Glad you got a laugh. What I enjoy the most is his earnest crooning when he gets to the bit which explains the different format options for your credit card - "Or maybe NASCAR's more your speed..." Brilliant!

Great singing. I thought it would make my ears hurt but I was enjoying it!!!

On another bad subject. Shame about Leeds tonight.
A loss to Burnley sends you in the drop zone again.

Ooh, how about worst of all time?

Still he had a shout out for Misha Shepherd, team leader from the Northeast.

That's got to be worth a quick hows-your-father in the closet at the Christmas party.

Priceless!

He's got to do a follow-up

"Where the cubicles have no naaaaaame..."

or

"I can't believe my luck today, my stock has split and I've got a 401K.

401K, Lovely 401K, 401K, Lovely 401K..."
