Arsenal vs. Hull - FA Cup Live!
Arsenal have two more shots at silverware this season. Tonight they entertain a recently faltering Hull City at the Emirates. It will be interesting to see what kind of side Arsene Wenger puts out.
Meanwhile, in Division 1, LUFC's main rivals for play-off spots are all in action tonight. Join me if you're loafing this afternoon, eh?

Here are the teams for this afternoon:
Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Gallas, Djourou, Gibbs, Walcott, Song Billong, Diaby, Vela, Arshavin, Van Persie. Subs: Mannone, Toure, Nasri, Denilson, Silvestre, Bendtner, Eboue
Hull: Myhill, Ricketts, Gardner, Zayatte, Dawson, Ashbee, Barmby, Geovanni, Fagan, Manucho, Halmosi. Subs: Duke, Hughes, France, Garcia, Mendy, Folan, Featherstone
In Division 1, I'll be looking for a shock Cheltenham win against Tranmere, another shock win by Hereford over Scunthorpe and a draw between the Dons and Millwall.
It's a Wembley semi-final with Chelski on the line for these two teams tonight.
Should be fun to watch Walcott and Arshavin bombing down both wings tonight.
Bugger, Scunthorpe have scored in the early kick-off. That bumps them up to 61 points, a point behind us now.
Kick off time here. All eyes on Arshavin who's not wearing the trademark pink boots tonight because of a foot injury.
Manucho brushed off Djourou a bit alarmingly there but instead of driving toward goal, he pulled up for some reason.
Vela is fouled wide right. Free kick to be swung in by RVP.
Good ball in but it's well cleared.
Arsenal starting to flow now. Great ball spread out to Sagna, who's cross is blocked.
Walcott jinks through a few challenges and pulls one back to RVP.
Hull are actually trying to play a bit through Barmby. That should suit Arsenal a treat. They'll find lots of gaps in the Emirates pitch.
GOAL! It's a flukey one from Barmby that loops up deflected over Fabianski and in for the opener.
0-1 Hull!
Scunthorpe have added a second goal. That's not great news, but Cheltenham have scored against Tranmere. That helps.
Anyone fancy an Everton vs. Hull final? Didn't think so.
Arsenal give Geovanni space 30 yards from goal, and they should know that that's a dangerous plan. Not this time though, as the midfielder blazes his shot high over the bar.
Walcott goes on one of those blistering runs and wins a corner.
Hull have dropped back noticeably since the goal. Wenger is already complaining to the fourth official about time wasting on their part. There's 70 minutes left!
Hull pick up a tasty free kick opportunity here and Gallas gets a yellow card.
Geovanni will fancy his chances from here. He strikes it well but it's kept out well by Fabianski.
Barmby sticks in a second goal but it's stricken off for an offside flag.
Lou Macari's right - Arsenal have to wake up soon here. They're throwing away their best chance at silverware this season.
Corner to Arsenal here. Get in the box, Robin!
Millwall have taken the lead against the Dons. That's not good. They're up to 67 points now.
Van Persie gets an accidental arm in the face from Anthony Gardner and needs some treatment.
RVP is chattering away at the referee. I'm not sure whether it's about that elbow or about the time wasting.
More frustration for Arsenal fans as Gibbs gives away a silly free kick. Barmby to swing one in. Zayatte finds the roof of the net with a well-practiced drill.
A lot of trademark Premiership cut and thrust to the match now.
Ricketts completely misses a clearance and it's another corner for the Arse.
Vela stings a great cross in but no one was bombing into the six yard box. It's all width and no striking edge to the Gunners right now.
I am here
CRICKY!!
Arshavin has a shot blocked by Ricketts. Arse really need to get that goal back before the break. Otherwise they'll be chasing this one throughout the second half.
Arshavin plays a brilliant ball back into the area. No one there. Accchhh!
What minute are you on?
I am on the Veetle link and it just hit 43:15
Free kick for the Arse now. Arshavin will knock it into the danger area. It's cleared out again.
Two minutes of extra time indicated and Wenger is not pleased. He's giving the fourth official a rather sour Gallic look.
Not even a hello!
2 minutes of added time
Arshavin with a brilliant volley that goes just wide of the post.
Arse Shaven has a good crack.
Well taken
Sorry, mate. I didn't see you there. How are you?
Another long day at school but at least I don't have college tonight
I'd give RVP a right clip round the ear at half time.
Half-time: 0-1 Hull
That sounds good.
Half time
Arsenal 0 Hull 1
Arsene doesn't look happy
I guess I should have wanted Hull instead of Everton
LiveVSS seems to have disappeared again today.
Okay, just how Scouse is Steve McManaman on the Scouse-omoter? I give him a 9.5.
Hull's captain Ashby has come off with a hammy at the half. No other changes. So here we go in the second half.
Early free kick here won by Walcott. RVP lining it up.
Yellow card for the Hull player for not retreating. Well done, ref.
Macari's wondering why no one tried to attack the back post there, and I was wondering the same thing myself.
Where's my tea, Dave?
The pattern hasn't really changed in the first ten minutes of the second half.
Hull are fighting for every ball while the Arsenal players clearly could care less about the FA Cup.
Oooh, Diaby nearly equalized there from a corner. It's just wide but should have been on target.
Theo hasn't really got into the game.
Ricketts again blocks Arshavin.
Song fires wide from the resulting corner.
No further goals in Division 1. We would stay fifth unless Tranmere can conjure something up.
Wenger is again stewing over Hull time wasting for the upcoming corner.
Hull's front men have done a marvelous job at holding up the ball and taking time off the clock.
An hour gone and you can't really see Arsenal getting a goal back. Perhaps from a set piece but not otherwise and not two.
About time to consider a change. Bendtner is the obvious substitute, probably for Vela, who's been anonymous.
Myhill picks up a yellow card now for time-wasting. And he's farting about with it again. Very risky stuff from the American.
Bendtner and Nasri to come on now. That's good. Song and Vela replaced.
Arsenal win essentially a front five now.
Scunthorpe are 3-0 up now.
Bernand Mendy to come on for Hull.
Good free kick opportunity now for Arsenal. They need RVP to conjure something magical here.
Djourou goes down in the box at the corner but Mike Riley shakes his head. No penalty.
Seventy minutes in and more frustration for Arsenal. RVP hits the crossbar with a header that should have been an easy goal.
GOAL! RVP finally comes good. It was a long time coming and sheer relief for the fans. Arshavin did really well to unselfishly set up his teammate.
1-1 Game on!
Now can Arsenal pile on the pressure and kill off the Tigers?
The goalscorer Barmby comes off. Hull's final substitution.
Oh, Geovanni roasted Djourou there and nearly scored. Djourou's had a shocker of a match.
Hey Bob,
I have been in and out. I did see the equalizer
They surely don't want a replay. EITHER TEAM
Manucho becomes the fifth Hull player to go into the book tonight.
Ricketts again gets a vital block in.
Bend should have done better there
You're right, Dave. And I don't know how the FA is going to try to schedule this one!
Still looking for the Dons to equalize against Millwall.
GOAL! The captain Gallas beats the offside flag to stick in a second, and perhaps winning, goal for the Arse.
1-2 Arsenal!
Bendtner persistence and smartness of Arse Shavin made that goal for RVP
Of course, Bendtner would have blazed it over
GALLAS SCORES!!!
Was it offside?
I think it was
The key to that call was that Myhill got a touch on the cross before Gallas, who was standing on the line, nodded it in. If it was Djourou, though, then Gallas was miles offside.
Arshavin sticks in a third goal but this one is flagged for offside.
What do you think? Offside?
Ball in again, offside this time. I think twice
Scunthorpe have finished at 3-0. They're a point behind us. I'm scared.
It was difficult for me to see whether it was Djourou or Myhill who got the touch. No doubt, though, that Gallas was in an offside position.
Five minutes of stoppage time to come.
Nearly time now...
Full-time: Arsenal 2-1!
So it's a London derby at Wembley between Arsenal and Chelski. That's what we all wanted really, wasn't it?
Poor show by Wenger, who has stomped off down the tunnel without a handshake for Phil Brown. Shame.
I'm off to do some errands. Cheerio, mate!
Sorry I was in and out
Cheerio
Miles offside, tbf. That's a big miss from Mike Riley there, and a big "phew" for us gooners.
