The thing I like most about this side is that there doesn't appear to be a holding midfielder in there, unless Gerrard will be used in that role. I assume he'll play on the left, Lamps through the middle. I'm not quite sure how they'll accommodate both Becks and Theo on the right, though.
Russia are now 0-3 up against Finald, whose World Cup dream is almost over. Should the Finns be better with the likes of Premiership stalwarts such as Jaskelainen, Hyppia and Forsell in the side?

I'm surprized that the Ukes only beat Borat by 2-1 at home. You'd have been forgiven for predicting a cricket score there. Sounds good to me that the Ukes can't score more than that.
