Barnsley were in the Premier League
So, Barnsley would be #41, Leeds #42
and then this year's play off winner would be #43

Well done, MUR. Right you are. Bradford have gone from dizzying heights during the Dean Windass days in the Prem to struggling in League 2 today.
How about Middlesbrough? That makes them #43. The play off winner would be #44.
