St. Patrick's Day Europe League Fixtures
The second leg of the Round of 16 Europa League Fixtures are being played today, one week after the first leg fixtures were played. Three British Clubs are still in the competition , all at home . Four matches will kick off at 2 EDT and four matches will kick off at 4 EDT. See if you can make some time on ST. Patrick's Day join us for a full afternoon of Europa League action. Man Citeh vs Dynamo Kiev is the highlight of the 2 PM fixtures as they attempt to overcome a 0-2 deficit from their trip to the Ukraine. The highlight of the 4 PM fixtures is Liversox vs Sporting Lisbon and Rangers vs PSV Eindhoven. Liversox lost 0-1 in Lisbon last Thursday and Rangers gained a creditable 0-0 draw in the Netherlands. Can they take advantage at Ibrox? These matches are not televised, so choose your favorite stream and join us at LOB for a full afternoon of Europa League action.

The teams are out at Eastlands observing a moment's silence due to the tsunami that hit Japan last Friday.
The teams kick off at Eastlands with both sides wearing blue. Citeh wearing sky blue and Kiev a darkish royal blue. I think Kiev should wear a different kit as those colors clash.
Citeh need to overcome a two goal deficit to force extra time.
Silva took a corner for Citeh and the keeper punched clear. The eventual outcome was a goal kick as Balotelli shot over from close range.
Hart made a decent save from a long range effort by a Kiev player. A goal Kiev would be curtains for Citeh as far as their European campaign is concerned.
Still no Europa league goals to report from the four matches being played at this time.
Kiev have a free kick in a dangerous position. The free kick is lofted in and headed away.
Kolorov wins a corner for Citeh and he will take it. Citeh nearly scored as Balotelli leaps high to head inches over the bar. The keeper seemed to have it covered in all honesty.
Yaya receives a lecture for a foul while his brother is in the stands sitting next to Kap.
Kiev attempted a counter, but the pass was overcooked and bounced off the corner flag.
