When I was watching the CL earlier this week the announcer said that Bayern would be the third team to play the final in their home stadium.Real did it in the 60s , but I don't remember the other team.We don't have any choice, but to cheer for Chelsea so that they can help the EPL's UEFA coefficient and help retain those four CL spots. I believe that Chelsea can defeat Benfica even though we couldn't. I have a feeling Chelsea would meet Barca in the semis and I don't see them winning that one. I predict an all Spanish final with those archenemies The Special One vs Pep and the Special One at home in the final.

As MUR said, Real Madrid won it at the Berabeu in 1957 and Inter Milan won it in 1965 at the San Siro

I was out all day and just got back. We forgot to comment about the Europa League. The primary importance is the PPP standings.Three people have teams left in the Europa League unless I omitted someone:
MUR- Athletico Madrid
UWS- Sporting Lisbon
Gooner- Schalke 04
I will be selfish and start with my pick.I am confident that Athletico will eliminate Hannover in the quarters while I am also confident that UWS's Sporting should easily defeat the Ukrainian side Metalist. If Schalke defeat Bilbao in the quarters then it will be Gooner vs UWS in the semis.That would leave Athletico with a tough semi vs fellow La Liga side Valencia. If Athletico can win that match then I am ready to take on the winner of UWS vs Gooner from the other semi in the final on May 9th in Bucharest.
