We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!
Thanks to Someone Said for reminding me that the geniuses of Monty Python predicted today's Wimbledon Men's Final some forty years ago. Now if only two of the audience members will contrive to eat Roger Federer, perhaps Andy Murray has a chance. Enjoy!

The rain delay is over now with the room covering the court. The rain is really hammering down on the roof now and is audible on the telly.

Is that any worse than being eaten by the blancmanges? WOW! seven Wimpleton titles for the blancmange from planet Andromeda!If someone had eaten him then Andy could have won it and much quicker than fifteen years!
