Chelski have had a terrific start in this first half in Switzerland with Victor Moses getting on the scoresheet in the 12th minute.
The team line-ups:
Basel - Sommer, Degen, Schar, Dragon, Park, Frei, Salah, El-Nenny, Die, Stocker, Streller.
Chelski - Cech, Azpiwhater, Ivanovic, Terry, Cashley, Luiz, Hazard, Ramires, Lamps, Moses, Torres.
Oh - Hazard has just spurned a great chance to put this tie to bed. Torres and Moses put him in on goal but his first touch was poor and then he had to rush it.
Chelski go in at half-time happy chappies 0-1 up through that early Victor Moses strike.
On the half-time replay, Basel were caught napping at a corner with Moses sneaking in unmarked to nod home.
In the other semi, Fenerbahce are being held 0-0 at home by Benfica. That has to favor the Portugeezers. I fully expect the final to be between Chelski and Benfica now.
Roger Federer is in the crowd tonight - they could use his winning spirit tonight.
Oh - Stocker hits the post! That one really needed to go in for Basel.
Oh - now it's that masked man Torres who's hit the post after being played in on a plate by Hazard. This one should be out of sight for Chelski at this point.
An hour in and Chelski are still in the driver's seat. I'll say it again - will Rafa be considered the most successful manager in Chelski history if he wins both the Europa and FA Cup this year?
Lamps has had enough today, so Oscar is coming on. Amazing depth to this Chelski side.

What drama!
It was that weird powered side foot technique that the Brazilians seem to know how to do that fooled Sommer there. He got a hand to it, but it still crept in.
Full-time - Chelski definitely in the driver's seat now - 1-2 up.
