We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Good morning UWS. I can't believe Robbie Mustoe thinks Tim Sherwood is a great choice for manager and that Kyle Martino thinks Spurs is not a club in a crisis. Gooners having a laugh over that.
Tim Sherwood says results have been fine. That 0-5 loss to Pool and your stating that a striker hasn't scored in the Prem contradicts that even though Ade scored in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday

That pathetic effort from Ade started it. Superb through ball from Fox and Lallana with a lovely twist and turn as well as a lovely finish
I missed Ade's goal because I was watching Stoke vs United on streaming video. I agree with you about the NBA. That is why I never watch it.

GOAL !!! 1-1 AS ADE MADE UP FOR HIS EARLY ERROR. LAMELLA WON THE BALL DEEP IN THE SPURS HALF AND PASSED TO ADE FOR A SPEEDY COUNTER. HIS POOR PASS DOWN THE LEFT WAS KEPT IN BY SOLDADO AND HIS BRILLIANT CROSS WAS STABBED HOME BY ADE.
Spurs score against the run of play, but this may be a confidence booster. Ade seems to have thrived with the change of manager as that is two in two for him.
Arlo mentioned what UWS had mentioned that a striker had not scored for Spurs in the Prem since Oct 27th.
Ade limping off. He would be a huge loss , considering Spurs' recent scoring record.

GOAL !!! SPURS GO 1-2 UP OIFF AN OG FROM HOIVELD. SOLDADO HELD UP THE BALL NEAR THE CORNER FLAG AND PASSED TO DANNY ROSE, WHO PLAYED A OPNE TWO WITH ERIKSEN, THEN HIS PASS WAS DOVERTED INTO HIS OWN GOAL BY HOIVELD. CAME OFF A LONG SPURS POSSESSION.

Back to the goal. Loveren played Lallana down the right and I am not sure what Lloris was thinking as he was well out of position coming well out of his goal. Fair play to Lallana who squared a pass to Lambert , who tapped in easily to an empty net.

I was listening to Talksport and when I got back and played in the snow with Shadow the score was still 2-1. I looked in the window and it was Desmond!
Spurs third goal was scored as I came in
Poor Saints defending off a Spurs throw, as the Saints attempted clearance made it back to Ade and he easily turned Fox for a great finish
Nearly 2-4 as Soldado sliced a shot wide with just the keeper to beat and Ward- Prowse booked for a foul on Danny Rose.

Agreed about the second Sotton goal. Lallana with the assist as Cork played him down the right. The goal would not have been scored had Lloris not rushed so far out and been caught out of position.
Cahdli shoots well wide as Ade ran down the right and the ball broke to Chadli off a challenge from Hoiveld.
Agreed that white does not clash with red. Spurs want to sell more of those awful sky blue kits.
