Champions League Wednesday!
A very good Hump Day afternoon to you all. I hope that you're cruising through the week unscathed. We've got another big, big night in the Champions League tonight, with several English teams involved. Chelsea host Roma in perhaps the biggest fixture of the night; however, I'll probably try to dial up a link to United's tie in Lisbon against Benfica. Join me if you've got a moment to drop in for a cuppa this afternoon.

Hiya, chaps - Manchester United have reaped maximum points from their first two group-stage matches so if they win today in Portugal, they will take a large step towards reaching the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time since the glory, glory days of David Moyes. And since Benfica are no Liverpool, Jose Mourinho might actually go for that win.
Benfica need to win even more because they were clobbered in their open two matches - including 5-0 by Basel - so they will more than likely need to take at least four points from their two meetings with United if they are to fatten up their scrawny hopes of making it out of the group.
The teams now gathering in the tunnel in Lisbon:
Benfica: Svilar; Douglas, Rúben Dias, Luisão, Grimaldo; Fejsa, Filipe Augusto, Pizzi, Salvio, Diogo Gonçalves; Raúl
Subs: To follow
United: De Gea; Valencia, Lindelof, Smalling, Blind; Herrera, Matic; Mata, Mkhitaryan, Rashford; Lukaku
Subs: Romero, Darmian, Jones, McTominay, Lingard, Young Martial
Referee: F Zwayer (Germany)
Fifteen minutes in and we're still at 0-0. A cagey opening sequence.
PSG have predictably taken an early lead in Belgium against Anderlecht. They are flying!
And Sporting have taken a shock away lead against Juve.
Sideshow Bob has curled what sounds like a beauty into the bottom corner to put the Blues 1-0 up over Roma.
The flurry of goals from the big boys. Bayern have taken the lead through Thomas Muller over Celtic. And Barcelona are also 1-0 up.
Half an hour gone in Lisbon and we're still at 0-0.
The first half in Lisbon is winding down to a 0-0.
PSG are 0-2 up in Belgium now.
Chelsea have scored a second but Roma have pegged them back to 2-1.
Juve have leveled it.
Bayern are now 2-0 up.
Into the second half in Lisbon now - still 0-0 in the 50th minute.
We've reached the hour mark, so it's sub time. Modern football is so tedious.
Bayern are now 3-0 up over hapless Celtic.
GOAL! Marcus Rashford has fired United into the lead in Lisbon. That should be enough to bring the Red Devils home in this one, given their defensive record this season.
