Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

From a Leeds perspective, Transfer Deadline Day is always a fairly terrifying event, where fans are on pins and needles waiting to see if the owners have sold off the crown jewels again.
The big target this time must be our leading scorer Kemar Roofe, who has hit 11 goals in the Championship so far. We'll need to hang on to him if we're to have any chance of a playoff spot.
Well, well, well - the new owner may well be opening his wallet a bit. Leeds have completed the signing of 19 year-old striker Tyler Roberts from WBA for £2.5 million. Could be a good bit of business there.
The big news today of course is the long expected signing of the Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang by Arsenal for 64 million Euros.
That Aubameyang signing probably means the hastening of Olivier Giroud out the door to Chelski today.
Olly Giroud would likely replace Michy Batshuayi who appears to be about to complete a transfer to Dortmund - so that's gone full circle.
So who's got the best deal there - Arse, Chelski or Dortmund?
In more Arsenal news, Mesut Ozil has just signed a new deal with the club. I'm surprised as he hasn't seemed at all Arsed this season at all. I thought he might have been on his way.
Newcastle appear to be trying to arrange a move for Leicester striker Slimani, which will likely mean that Aleksander Mitrovic will be loaned back to Anderlecht.
Andre Ayew’s £20m move to Swansea is almost done. West Ham are still trying to get a replacement in.
Some reports now that Manchester City have ended their attempt to sign Riyad Mahrez from Leicester. According to the Guardian, their valuation was too high and the Algerian will now stay at the King Power Stadium.
Apparently Leicester wanted £95 for Mahrez - what a larf!
West Ham defender Reece Oxford will return to Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach on loan for the rest of the season – he didn’t really play much in his first spell but everyone seemed to say very nice things about each other.
Back after a meeting to check in with the goings-on. Watford have picked up promising Swedish keeper Pontus Dahlberg from Goteborg.
Another loan deal now. Sunderland have picked up Liverpool prospect Ovie Ejaria until the end of the campaign.
The Wednesday evening matches have begun.
