Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

What's Still up for Grabs!!

So.... is it really starting on June 17th? The same day as my last day "with kids" for my career!

The two matches on that Wednesday would be the two matches that were postponed because of the League Cup Final. Man City vs Arsenal(the first game postponed for Covid) and AstonVilla vs Sheffield Utd.(come on Villa!!) A win by the Blades would move them above United into fifth!

What do we still have to decide? Everything!

Here is a comprehensive guide:

It's all up for grabs now!

Those two matches are already listed on FOTMOB with kickoff at 2:45 PM EDT. The schedule for the remainder of the season has not been posted on FOTMOB. According to Sky Sports the season will be finished in a half a dozen week time frame, which sounds like the weekend of July 24th, giving teams a few weeks before the new season starts. Does anyone know about the FA Cup, CL, and EL? Are those cancelled due to fixture congestion?

Hi guys - thanks for the excellent post, UWS. This is a fitting way to celebrate your retirement. I have my doubts about this plan; however, with my summer starting to slow down and the Dean that I work for retiring today, I'm going to be free as a bird to watch all of these matches. I can't wait!
