Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Big Action at Both Top and Bottom

Morning, chaps - it's another big day in the domestic footie season. It all starts with a bang with my beloved Leeds boys away to Fulham at Craven Cottage. After Soton's improbable draw at the Emirates yesterday, it's all the more important for us to get something. That leads into a slate of important matches at 10am, including Palace hosting Everton and Leicester hosting Wolves, two matches with real relegation importance. Later on, Citeh take on the Blades in the first FA Cup Semi Final.

Join me for a cuppa this morning, won't you?

Morning, chaps - this is Bob again posting anonymously from the phone. Hoping we can pick ourselves up after those last couple of disastrous losses. A point at Fulham would be very helpful.

Forty minutes in now. We’ve got a foundation in this match. Just need to keep it tight until halftime now.

Good morning Bob. Just woke up. So far so good as a draw would be a creditable result.
