We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

That is correct.

Every team had scored in each final until 1990 when Germany beat the Argies 1-0. Of course, in '94 neither team scored,(typical for the USA Cup, more ammo for the Yanks) "98 France beat Brazil 3-0 and '02 Brazil beat Germany 2-0.
