Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

BAD NEWS FOR ENGLAND

England international Owen Hargreaves could face a lengthy spell out of the game with a suspected broken leg.
Not good news for Owen or England. Just as he has become the first name on the team sheet this happens.
UNITED SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT HIM!!! HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PLAYING TODAY!!!

Very bad news if initial reports are true.

Fortunately, FIFA reckons England is 4th best in the world. That's gotta count for something, right?

It's worse for Bayern than for us. We've got loads of cover in that position, including your boy Carrick. But Bayern w/out "Stampy Bollock" or Owen is there for the picking in the Champions' League.
