Easter Monday Footie!
No rest for the heathens, eh? Just when I was starting to bask in Leeds's fourth from bottom spot, here's another slate of fixtures for Easter Monday. Will we continue the resurrection or lay an Easter egg (sorry I couldn't resist!)? Join me to find out.

The big boys aren't playing today because of their Champions League commitments this week, but here are the Premiership fixtures on the docket:
Aston Villa v Wigan Athletic
Bolton v Everton
Charlton v Reading
Fulham v Man City
Newcastle v Arsenal
Watford v Portsmouth
In addition, I'll be following the Leeds faithful as they go to Colchester. I can't believe that I'm sweating an away match with Colchester, but....(sigh)
In a completely futile effort to maintain their Premiership status, Watford have won 4-2 today.
Wigan are one nil up away to Villa. A massive goal for them in their efforts to avoid relegation.
Everton are one-up, thus putting pressure on Arsenal for that last Champions League slot.
In the Coke, Hull are behind; that helps us out as we close in on another safety slot. A win would put us into fifth bottom.
DeMarcus Beasley has scored his first goal for Citeh; they're two nil up on Fulham - a good result for the Hammers.
Hooray! Wolves are now 2-0 up over Hull!
QPR are 1-0 up over bottom of the table Luton - a draw would probably be the best result for us in that one.
Bloody hell! The Shrimpers are 1-0 up! Come on Preston!
Yes! Luton have equalized at QPR. Nice one, the Hatters.
Bugger! Barnsley are now 1-0 up. We need a goal. Come on you Whites!
Fortunately Hull are dead and buried today - 3-0 down.
More goals at the root of the Coke. Southend have been pegged back by Preston and now drop to bottom of the table as Luton take the lead against QPR. Both on 40 points but Southend has a -29 GD, worse even than us!
One Eddie Lewis! There's only one Eddie Lewis! And he's scored a priceless goal for us away to Colchester. It puts us on forty five points and fifth bottom. Hurrah!
Villa have equalized through Agbonlahor - great news for the Hammers!
A Birmingham goal would make this another almost perfect day for the Leeds boys. Come on you Brummies!
Hull have got a goal back but it's still 3-1 Wolves.
Barry Hayles has made it 3-0 to Plymouth over Leicester, who are not out of the woods yet.
In a top of the table clash, Derby are behind. This will give Keano's Sunderland a chance to go top tonight.
Still no score in the game between Arsenal and Newcastle. The Arse really could use a win today, but they've seemed like they're already on summer hols for weeks now.
Lovely! Preston have taken the lead against Southend, who are now well and truly rooted to the bottom of the table.
Bugger! Colchester have equalized and suddenly we've dropped into the relegation zone again on 43 points. We really need a Birmingham goal now, please.
QPR have equalized against Luton.
The bloody Shrimpers have equalized against PNE. Argh!
ARGGGHGHHHGHGHHGHG! Colchester have taken a late lead. It looks like we've capitulated once again. Down to 42 points. Bloody Barnsley are still beating Birmingham. WTF!
And of course the Shrimpers have found a late goal, haven't they? From a great day, it's become crap again. Southend level on points with us now but we have superior GD.
And we've lost at Colchester, so here's what the bottom of the Coke looks like:
Hull 44
Barnsley 44
Leeds 42
Southend 42
Luton 37
