Right then, it's Memorial Day and time to talk about Iraq War funding - anyone else dismayed by the utter cave-in by the Democratic Party leadership last week? Or was it smart politics on their part?

To my mind Kucinich was right when he suggested that there was no reason to even put forward legislation on the matter. It's a no-win situation for the Dems.
