It may not be the marquee event of the afternoon, but my eyes will be glued on the Mighty Whites clash against Accrington Stanley in order to make the final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Division. Heady days at the Elland, eh? Oh, there are one or two Premiership matches on as well. Ho hum.

I'm back at about the ten minute mark of this afternoon's matches and I'm delighted to see that my boys are already 1-0 up over Accrington Stanley through a goal from our new boy Ephraim.

Villa have gone 0-1 up over Sunderland through big Emile Heskey in the 24th minute. It's been a great week for the Villans who are now back in third and breathing down United's throats.
