The 2012 FA Cup starts in earnest today as the 3rd Round kicks off and the big boys of the Championship and Premiership jump into the fray. It all begins this afternoon as Liverpool host Oldham Athletic in less that sparkling form and without the services of bad boy Luis Suarez. If you're around, give us a shout on the LOB, eh?

Olkdham have restricted Liversox to very few chances in the first fifteen minutes. In fact their keeper has't made a save in anger. That is an encouraging sign.

Olham have 38 Pual Gerrard on their books as a reserve keeper. He played for Oldham when they were last in the top flight.
