Down to the Wire!

Just a quick update on our PPP stakes before the weekend's matches. As you'll notice, I'm still top of the heap, but only two points up now after that last wild weekend in the Premiership. The only match left that can shift things is the Championship Playoff Final (the richest match in world football), as none of us had the foresight to predict that either Bayern or Chelski would win the Champions League. Matthew and his dad UWS both had West Ham in first place (and would earn 2 points), AZ Kicker and resident Hammers fan WHR both had West Ham in second place (and would therefore score 2 points), while Blue Devil, Gooner, Simon, Someone, and Yellows all had West Ham in third place (and would earn a full three points for a West Ham win). Thus, a Blackpool win would benefit Thomas and MUR - neither of whom plumped for the Hammers and who will therefore be temporary Tangerines fans on Saturday. Got that straight?
