3. Jamaica - Played 4 Pts 7 (+1GD)
4. Antigua - Played 5 1 Pt (-3GD)
A draw would have Guat needing a win and the US only needing to draw at home. Should be simple then. A win for Jamaica would definitely add pressure, as they'd have their match with Antigua to come and Guat would have to get something out of the KC match.
