Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

There is also Manchester United vs the Hammers at OT at the same time on ESPN2. I will probably not be around for the action. News from UEFA that Luis Adriano has a one match suspension due to his unsporting goal last week. It should have been more, IMHO. Also, UEFA is considering scrapping the Europa League in 2014 , but expanding the Chamipions League. It has enough tteams as is, IMHO.
I will be watching ESPN!!
I should get home just as they kick off at Old Trafford 3pm

1931:
Manchester United have gone unbeaten in their last 31 Premier League home matches against promoted clubs, stretching back over 11 years since a 2-1 defeat by Bolton Wanderers in October, 2001. Bolton were then managed by Sam Allardyce, while Kevin Nolan was on the scoresheet. Sir Alex Ferguson's side will be grateful the above information provides absolutely no potentially bad omens for tonight then… Oh, wait, hang on…

Carroll is up front alone today and hasn't had any luck holding the ball so far. It's just wave after wave of United attacks.

So Theo Walcott's fastest goal of the Premier League season (52 seconds) lasted barely 15 minutes as Manchester United's Robin van Persie shaves 19 seconds off the time.
The free kickwas delflected into the side netting by Nolan

Celtic three up at Hearts
Not quite sure why the United fans are Scouse baiting tonight with their usual "You'll Never Get a Job" version of the Liverpool anthem.

Someone Said will be happy that Celtic are 0-2 up at Hearts.
They will probably jeer Carroll for his time as a Liverpool player and Nolan for being a Liverpudlian

Not a good decision by Hernandez... was there support in the middle
Chicha missed a sitter as he should have put United two up
Oh - Chicha is a bit greedy there with a low percentage near post effort. RVP won't be happy.

Goal at Southampton.. To the hosts
Sotton 1 Norwich 0
I won't complain if that happens.
Half an hour gone at the Bridge - still 0-0. Will Chelski ever score under Rafa?
