Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Oh - Saldado, who is the main danger man for the Yellow Submarine tonight is a whisker away from opening the scoring.
Nice interplay between the Liverpool midfield but it all ended with a shanked shot from distance by Lallana. Deserved better.
Liverpool respond well to that period of pressure. Both teams could have had a couple of goals already, this match is a lot of high-octane fun.
Villarreal pin Liverpool back a little, but can’t do any damage. A refreshed Dos Santos swings one straight over the area from the right; Costa can’t get a cross back in from the left. 0-0 at the half-hour mark.
Half time in Villareal - a bit humdrum really. Two half chances each side. Fair result so far and good news for Liverpool fans.
We're back on at El Madrigal.
Jordan Ibe has come on for Coutinho. Must be a knock involved there.
I'm off home at the hour mark. Still 0-0.
Villarreal won 1-0 thanks to a goal in second half stoppage time . it was Desmond in the Ukraine between Shakhtar and Sevilla. The second leg is next Thursday.
