The Games Keep on a Coming!

We are Anfield and then Old Trafford for today. Not a bad start. Leicester already winning at Anfield...lovely jubbley. Chelsea already two up vs Stoke. I have Final Score already going on the Red Button channel on my website

Good morning, Dave. Thanks for posting the thread. I was in out of the 10 AM matches, walking Sparky earlier. Stay warm
The big news ahead pf the late match is that Fraser Forster, who started the last 76 Prem matches, has been dropped in place of Alex McCarthy.
The late one in the Championship is a big one as it's 2nd vs 1st.The scene of United's League Cup exit. Bristol City vs Wolves.
They're off from OT!!!
COME ON MAN UNITED!
COME ON MAN UNITED!
COME ON MAN UNITED!
Craig Pawson will be crawling on all fours as the match ref.
OH! United should have taken the lead. Nice diagonal pass from Pogba to Mata down the right and his superb cross was headed over by the Chunk from two yards out in front of a wide open goal
The Saints nearly take the lead. Tadic plays a nice slide rules pass for Boufal, who cuts it back to JWP, whose shot is well saved by De Gea. Boufal was well offside as he was there to put away the rebound/
BLOODY HELL !!! The Chunk seems to have been knocked unconscious in a clash of heads with Wesley Hoedt. Rash is warming up on the sidelines.
After a stoppage of about half a dozen minutes, the Chunk is stretchered off amidst a deserved round of applause and replaced by Rash.
Clumsy defending by Lindelof as Shane Long outran him from a long Saints clearance and wins a Saints free kick just outside the United box. De Gea punches out the free kick from JWP for a Saints corner.
Matic heads out for another Saints corner.
OH!!!! A superb United break off the Saints corner is ruined by a horrific cross from Miki.
Mata found Rash on the break and his speedy run led to that pass to Miki that ended in that horrible cross.
Jones slides to clear for a corner off pressure from Shane Long.
Hoedt heads well wide off the corner.
It's still 0-0 in the late Championship match, but Wolves down a man as Danny Batth , well, is off for an early Batth.
Hoijberg booked for a late challenge on former Saint, Luke Shaw.
OH!!!!McCarthy makes a decent save from Mata after Rash controlled a long ball. Rash took too long to shoot, but the ball broke to Mata.
OH!!!! Miki finally puts in a decent cross off a pass from Pogba and it's glanced just wide by Lindy
Half a dozen minutes of stoppage time.
Matic has a along range effort easily saved by McCarthy.
It's 0-0 at the end of a frustrating half at OT.
It's also 0-0 at the half at Ashton Gate as the home team have yet to capitalize on their man advantage,
The second half is underway
COME ON MAN UNITED!
ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK!
Arlo says that there is not an update on the Chunk's injury
PHEW!!! Superb closer range kick save by De Gea from Shane Long off a pass from JWP on a Saints break.
Bristol City finally capitalize on their man advantage as Kyle Reid gives them the lead vs the league leaders,
Boufoul is booked for persistent fouling on Yash
Lindy booked for a foul on young Jack Stephens , but the replay showed practically no contact.
It's now ten against ten at Ashton Gate as Fielding has been sent off for Bristol City.
De Gea is down injured as he falls awkwardly , punching away a free kick. He's up and ready to continue.
United fans are pleased that Miki has been karate chopped off the pitch. Jose would have done it himself if permitted.,
Alpha Romeu with an illegal karate chop just outside the United box.
The free kick from Yash is off the wall for a corner that is a complete and utter waste.
Wolves seemed to have been helped by it going to ten vs ten as Douglas ties it up for the league leaders at Ashton Gate,
An all Serb tussle as Matic is booked for pulling back Tadic to prevent a Saints break
I had to go pick up my brother-in-law from the hospital
I have been listening to United on the radio...... SO BAD
I am home for the last 12 minutes
A substitution for the Saints as Gabbiadini is on for Shane Long
JWP booked for a foul on Lindy
1-1 at Ashton Gate inside the last ten minutes 10 v 10
Welcome back. Is your brother-in-law doing better?
Ball in the net... offside given!!
Pogba offside... did he have to touch it
I think it was going in
He was released last Friday but went back in yesterday
Seems to be better right now as he is home
YESSSS!!!!!! NO! Pogba has a goal disallowed for offside. What a moron. If he had let it go then the goal would have stood because the shot from Matic was going on.
A defensive switch from the Saints as Lemina is on for Tadic
Glad to hear your brother-in-law is doing better
It's 2nd vs first at Ashton Gate. Sounds like it may be a feisty encounter.
This is just so bad and why is Jose getting a pass
well wide by McQueen. Neither Steve nor former United player, Gordon, but Sam.
The final roll of the dice from Pelligrino as Nathan Redmond is on for Bouffal.
Agreed. His excuses are just as bad. Who would replace him? That is the only problem.
Arlo White says Luke Shaw has a scrambled mind. Sounds like the football United are playing.
GET A SHOT OFF
Lindy took too long to shoot. The story of this performance.
According to the radio, Miki was horrible
Three minutes of stoppage time.
One of three added minutes already played
He was other than one good cross.
I'm going to skip the early match tomorrow, but will be around for the late one.
United will stay in 3rd
WOLVES HAVE SCORED THE WINNER !!!!
End of four minutes
United have a corner
OH!!!! Gordone Bennett. Wolves take a 1-2 lead at Ashton Gate in the fourth minute of stoppage time thanks to a goal from Bennett.
Final whistle at Ashton Gate
About to be at Old Trafford
NO URGENCY
That's it
BLOODY USELESS!!!
He can't make any excuses
Agreed. A poor 0-0 draw at OT
Blaming the officials?
For what?
NOT GOOD ENOUGH JOSE, NOT GOOD ENOUGH
Take care David
TTFN
Agreed. Cheers, Dave. Hope to chat with you tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of the day
