Liverpool: Joe Gomez, Andy Robertson and Xherdan Shaqiri are on the bench, while Dejan Lovren, Alberto Moreno and Adam Lallana all start.
Cardiff City: Harry Arter is out with illness and is replaced with Junior Hoilett.
