A Late Start to a Saturday
A very good Saturday morning, lads. I decided to have a lie-in through the early morning Championship action. But I'm here for the 10am kickoffs. NBC Sports are favoring us with Liverpool v. Evil Cardiff from Anfield. Later on, Leeds host Forest at Elland Road. Unfortunately, I'll have to leave proceedings around 11am as I've got a lunch with a group of friends at a Thai place about 45 minutes away. Enjoy the morning, chaps!

A really grueling week with more of the same to come next week. It's our busy period.
Sunny on Merseyside as it is in South Texas after a dozen consecutive days of overcast weather , which his highly unusual for us in October.
Bad news from Blighty. Glenn Hoddle had to be rushed to hospital after an appearance on a morning show. It's his 61st birthday.
Morning Boys
What a yucky day today in Eastern NY
I spoke to Melanie yesterday evening and she was indicating that as well. Definitely sounds like a busy time of the semester for university students and staff,
Bad news that Glen Hoddle has been taken to the hospital while working for BT Sport... on his birthday
It is my eldest boy Thomas' 26th Birthday today...can't believe he is TWENTY-SIX
We are off

Good morning, UWS. I feel your pain . We had a dozen consecutive days of yucky weather. Glad to be over it.
BT Score, a show that Hods is on, has been cancelled today
Happy Birthday, Thomas! Can't believe he's that old. Any special plans ?
Morning, UWS! Raining out here, too. It's our annual "Fall Sweep," a service day in which the college students come round the neighborhoods sweeping up the leaves. It's a great effort but they'll get wet today for sure.
It is going to be rain all day and tomorrow... if it was slightly colder it would be snow
Is the rain with you Bob on the other side of the State
Sad news from Blighty. I'm nor a big Hoddle fan, but am sad for him and wish him a speedy recovery. He was a fantastic player.
Cor! Happy birthday to young Thomas. I just about remember 26.
Great service!
I was getting married a few months later!!
We weren't that cold, but were in a similar weather pattern. Now sunny, but infested with mosquitos as well.
Paul Lambert...the new boss at Portman Road
Padraig Amond has scored the first goal of the day in our three o’clockers, putting Newport Cigarettes a goal up against Morecambe and Wise at Rodney Parade inside a minute.
What do you think of it so far? Rubbish!
Our silver anniversary is two days before Thanksgiving. Can't believe it.
Any marriage prospects for young Thomas?
BOOM BOOM. At Rodney Dangerfield Parade, but I will give you respect.
Wow - congrats, MUR. Kate and I are just working on our third.
I remember that day in December 1990 very well, UWS.
I appreciate it, MUR. I'm merely a novice at the pun game, you know.
Bob would have been pleased with a 1-1 draw in the earlier match. Yesterday, Wally in a Brolly defeated Villa 1-0 to go 7th in the table.
Thanks, Bob. We're planning a get away and to pick up Melanie from college , so she can be home during Thanksgiving. It also falls during an international break.
Well, Tom is celebrating a second anniversary of dating Maggie tomorrow.. She is a lovely girl

GOAL !!!! SALAH GIVES POOL THE LEAD WITH AN EASY TAP IN AFTER A COUPLE OF CLOSE RANGE BLOCKED SHOTS.
Watford take the lead vs Hudders
Relegation favorites both fall behind
Sounds like Tom is well on his way. Fortunately for you and Kathy, you won't have to pony up for the full wedding expenses, just the rehearsal dinner and perhaps the honeymoon, if you're being generous.
So you won't be around for the Leeds Forest match
Want updates?
A poor cross off the corner was poorly cleared that led to the two blocked shots and the goal
Three boys...phew

Great slide tackle by Neil Etheridge on Salah then Liverpool denied a penalty appeal.
It must be the Cherries Jubilee that Kate fed the visitors. Far too generous/
Cally Wilson with a spot kick for the Cherries/.
Found out a week or so ago that I can buy back 1.2 years of service. It would cost me $1500!!!
If I do buy it back, which I pretty much have to, means I could retire after next school year
Rochdale takes the lead vs Charlton as does Argyle at Scunny. Shoes walking all over the Shrews. going two up.
I thought Fulham were going to safe as houses this season
I guess not
WOW !!! I'm delighted for you. That's great news. You should do it.
First chance to give a shout out to Our Steve for his DC United making the playoffs... who'da thunk it that Steve would be cheering Rooney goals for a United!!
And his Arsenal mob winning 11 games on the trot!
It's really just Wolves that have taken to the Premiership this season.
It would be ten times that amount in Texas to buy back those years.
Wednesday take the lead at St Andrews on Saturday
I agree about Fulham and delighted for Steve.
Hornets two up vs the Terriers.
Deulofeu with the second Hornets goal for The Terriers ,who are definitely not at the races.

That's not good - I hope that, despite our win in mid-week, that Ipswich can survive.
Posh takes the lead at Richard Burton.
Fred will be pleased that the Black Cats have taken the lead vs Southend.
Ipswich one down again
Agreed about the Tractor Boys. We definitely don't want them in L1 next season.
We need a Pompey goal at Stanley
Stoke take the lead at Bristol...just a bit of gossip
Leeds will be on Plus next weekend as well, playing at Wigan a week from tomorrow.
Canaries take the lead vs the Bees.
Wish the score from the Evil Den was idle gossip.

Also, players get off the pitch at the closest point... of course...today's footballers will make sure their in the center circle!
Liverpool has a habit of struggling vs the bottom clubs.
I did. It was a great article and I agree 100%. Hope it they ban those substitutions.
One of the Murphy twins is injured for Cardiff while Shaquiri getting ready to come on for Pool.
Again, I think they need to stopping the clock so it isn't so crazy at the end... England had to deal with SEVEN added minutes!
I think they should follow the Rugby rules... after their time is up.. the play continues to the ball goes out of play.
You could do that in footer.... the attacking team can keep possession to try and score...if you're winning...kick it out
Town two down
Evil Lions two up vs the Tractor Boys.
Liverpool want a pen. Not given
PNE1 Rotherham 1

Another assist for Salah and another goal for Mane as Pool won the ball in their own half and caught Cardiff on the break. Salah put through Mane, who beat Morrison for pace and dinked the ball past the on rushing Etheridge.
Vardy only on the bench...having troubs with Peul
Much needed Cambridge goal as that leaves them further clear of the bottom.
Vardy's attitude has always been questionable.
