Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Sarri Seems to Be the Hardest Word

I couldn't resist an MUR-style pun at the expense of Maurizio Sarri, as news came in that, only weeks after having won the Europa League for Chelski, the Italian supremo is out and heading to Juve. So, who's next at Stamford Bridge? The favorite appears to be none other than Frankie Lamps, who has just brought Derby County up to the promised land.

Your thoughts on this news, gents?

Just checked and according to my research he became Juve manager yesterday.Seems as if he resigned to take the Juve job. Hopefully, he won't be Sarri for making that decision. Personally, I don't think Lamps has the experience to manage a big club like Chelsea despite taking the Rams to the playoff final.Chelsea will probably be looking for a manager with a proven track record, although , it won't matter because nobody lasts long at Chelsea.
