We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

It's 0-0 in Frankfurt midway through the first half. Frankfurt have dominated with several close range efforts off target. Torreira missed a sitter early on shooting a half volley over from three yards out off a cross from Smith-Rowe

The clearance found Academy player, Bakayo Sako, who went skillfully past a midfield player then a long slide rule pass found Willock down the left. e cut in and scored with a deflected effort that gave Kevin Trapp no chance.
Frankfurt win another corner. After a bout of head tennis, a Frankfurt foul is called.
In Group A, not exactly a classic, but Dudelange of Luzembourg take the lead at APOEL of Cyprus
Sporting Lisbon pull one back at PSV, but trail 2-1. Cluj ties it up vs Lazio while Rennes take the lead vs Celtic

A minute of stoppage time as Martinez was forced into a great close range save to preserve the Gunners lead.
It's halftime with the Gunners one up thanks to that goal on the counter. Despite the score, Frankfurt dominated the first half, but didn't take their chances and Martinez made a couple of good saves.
A couple of minutes into the second half and Frankfurt win a corner. It's headed out and the return cross is headed wide by Dost.

The United goal came off a clearance from the Astana right back. Several passes later, Fred passed to Mason Greenwood at the corner of the box. He cut inside a defender and scored from a narrow angle.
