Afternoon, gents - Scott Murray in the Guardian has summed up our season rather well: "There’s no point trying to second-guess Leeds United. Going toe-to-toe with Manchester City and Arsenal. Admirable defeats against Liverpool and Chelsea. A second-half performance against Aston Villa that was as good as anything we’ve seen in this Premier League season so far. Consecutive 4-1 spankings against Leicester and Palace. They could win or lose this game by five tonight, or anything in between."

Half-time - I'm reasonably happy with that performance so far. We were on top for long stretches of that half. But I'm not happy that we conceded a sloppy one from a corner.

That's it - it's a bad loss for us tonight, perhaps our first bad loss of the season. We need to be beating sides like West Ham at home and, instead, they've done us over.
It leaves us on 14 points from 12 matches, with 26 points still to win. We're stuck in 15th.
