The top three qualify for the WC with the fourth place team playing the Oceania winner, probably New Zealand in a one off match in Qatar in June. The big match in the group is Mexico vs Panama kicking off from the Azteca at 10 PM. I'm guessing a draw or a Mexico win would be best for the U.S. However, the U.S. needs to win whatever the outcome of the match from the Azteca
