Premiership Plus Predictions Game - Week 32 Update
A very happy Tuesday morning, everyone! It's time for my usual check-in on our standings. Only a couple of small changes to account for this week. Man City and Liverpool's draw in the big "title decider" on Sunday means that City remain on top and all of those who predicted they'd win the title this year are looking really good at the top of our table. At the bottom of the Premier League, the wins for my beloved Leeds and for Everton have cut the bottom three somewhat adrift in the relegation zone. However, Burnley's win over Everton in midweek mean that they've jumped over Watford. In the Championship, Sheffield United have joined the playoff hopefuls again, bringing a few points to a couple of us. The Golden Boot and Top Assist races have tightened with Mo Salah's teammate Diogo Jota closing on his total of 20 goals and Kevin de Bruyne challenging Trent Alexander Arnold's 12 assists.
It all means that we have a new leader this week - our current champion Swansong, who now has the impressive total of 50, while our current Lancer Cup holder Teddy Goalesvelt has dropped back to 46 points. Here are the current standings:
1. Swansong - 50 points
2. Man Utd Rules 49 pts
3. The Bee's Knees - 47 pts
4. Teddy Goalesevelt - 46 pts
5. MOT the Hoople - 40 pts
6. What's Up Wheaton Simon - 38 pts
7. Gooner71 - 37 pts
8. Someone Said - 36 pts
9. Red Dragon - 30 pts
- United We Stand - 30 pts
11. Pink Kits - 28 pts
- Yellows - 28 pts
13. The Saint - 27 pts
14. West Ham Rising - 25 pts
15. Blue Devil - 20 pts
- Red Devil 1FCK - 20 pts
