Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

The Sack Race Rolls On

The sack race rolls on apace this week. First Macca is unceremoniously shown the door after the miserable England failure in the Euro 2008 qualifiers. Then Derby's Billy Davies is given the boot over the weekend - Paul Ince is favorite to take his place, increasing the ManYoo old boy contingent in the Premiership. Who's next - rumors are that it will be no other than Liverpool's Rafa Benitez, who has been throwing the toys out of the pram over the issue of January transfers.

Your thoughts, gents?

If "Penn and Gillette" win this battle at Liverpool, the Prem is dead. It's already pretty sickly when a unupholstard gangster at Chelsea can heave a successful, if also an irredeamable twat like Jose over the side.

If these two besuited wankers get their way, what's next?

By the way, you know what started this, right?

Rafa goes into Hicks and Gillette's office and he's so upset, he forgets and keeps peppering them with question after question in Spanish. He gets increasingly upset and then storms out.

Where upon Hicks turns to Gillette and says " (fill in the blank) "

Well, what did he say?
