We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

The sad thing is that you WATCH the bloody show!!
I'll let Trev speak for himself on that. I only watch the first two weeks of auditions for the trainwrecks. After they get down to the finalist stage, it's pure karaoke.
I DO NOT watch American Idol . . . the missus does . . . I happen to be in the room sometimes, noting the striking likeness btw you and Jason . . . what do you say, Gator, dead ringer, no?
I reckon so, Trev. There's something about the shape of his face and the eyes that reminds me of a certain Italian-American striker for LHS Lancers.

I've just tuned in to see young Davey Jr. on the Idol and he was doing a passable job on "Can't Buy Me Love" but no way is he going all the way. My money's on the sweaty bloke.
C'mon Jah-Davey, give us a quick dubbed version of "Shattered Dreams."
Hey Davey, if he makes it to the next round of Idol, ask Thomas to wear that Grey Man Utd kit!
