I've got the Adthe stream up for Newcastle vs. United and...is that snow I see on the ground? Blimey, it looks colder on the Tyne today than up here in western New York!
Rooney is back in the side, no doubt to the delight of Fergie.
Newcastle are playing a suicidal game of playing very high up the pitch and you can just see Ronaldo and Rooney licking their lips at the prospect. Both have been set through early on.
Very bright and positive start for the Magpies. I think that's their undoing, really. They always think they're a big club because they're being roared on by a huge crowd, but they should remember that they're currently placed 13th and desperately need a point today to get them to 30.

Sorry, I had to skip off. Very interesting results today. Of course the Championship was long ago settled. There are a lot of smart people in footie who are predicting that Fergie will finally shuffle off to the side when he tops Liverpool's record of 18 Championships and 5 European Cups. Well, that could be next summer at this rate.
At the bottom, West Brom are probably just about gone. The 4-0 spanking by Spurs means that there is tremendous pressure on Boro and Blackburn's point at home to Everton is probably not enough for them. At the same time, Hull's away win at Craven Cottage does them a world of good. And Citeh are probably safe now after a good win against Villa that puts Arsenal right back in the hunt.

Sadly, there is no Prem games on the weekend except for Spur and Sunderland that was postponed last week because of the Carling Cup Final.
I was listening to 5Live when they went to report from Craven Cottage and the United striker on loan at Hull won it right then and there
