Terry Out as England Skipper!

Your thoughts on these developments, gents?
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Typical England--easy qualification, winnable group stage at the final, and push the self-destruct button with the first actual hurdle miles away in the distance.
If Dad hadn't taken the Feltwell job, we could be supporting Germany now.
You know, I don't really interpret this move as pushing the self-destruct button. Rio's been there before and I don't imagine JT throwing the toys out of the pram over this latest move.
It's all England for me and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Kudos to Capello.Previous England managers have let this nonsense go on. It destroys morale and affects team performances. Especially when there are about eight evenly matched teams who each have an equal chance of winning the tournament next summer. Terry is a talented footballer, but has a horrible attitude. Don't know if I would have picked Ferdinand. He plays for my beloved United, but is not having the best of seasons.Maybe this is a wake up call for any other players.
