We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!
In a weekend full of highlights (what about that Asamoah Gyan goal celebration - quality!), my favorite moment had to be Zlatan Ibrahimovic's XXX kung fu lunge on Marco Materazzi in the Inter v. Juve match. Call me cruel, but I'd like to see Marco getting kicked in the head on a constant loop. Enjoy!

on a serious note, after my team's 2-1 win, and that Sunderland guy's slolom through the Chelsea defense, my favorite action of the weekend was Elmander's goal for Bolton. It was Bergkamp-esque in its brilliance. Can he do that or anything approaching it again is the question.
Loved the It's Up for Grabs pod this week, especially the tune sung to Jimmy Cliff's immortal "Many Rivers to Cross:"
