We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!
I think I've seen everything now. In what looked a bit like a Monty Python sketch at times, the Galaticos of Real Madrid played a "match" against 109 kids in Guangzhou, China yesterday. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. Enjoy!

I think I sent this as an email on Sunday. Real Madrid beat the kids 2-1.
sorry I missed that email, MUR. I didn't mean to duplicate your effort. I was just tickled by this when I saw it pop up.
No Problem. I was too. I guess the purpose of the "drill" was too maintain possession in extremely tight spaces and having to be accurate in low percent situations.
I saw this on MUR's email... I don't ignore emails!!
I seem to remember watching this thing and not seeing the kids' goal!! I saw both of Real's and a fight between two boys
How funny! I think the kids were trying to do their best Balo impersonation.
