Pool had the first goal of the match before Palace had the first corner of the match. A great start for Pool, but will it be a great finish?
YUCK!!! John Moss has sent Joe Allen to the touchline for treatment as he has a bloody mess on the back of his neck.
High and wide by Martin Kelly against his old mates.
Joe Allen is back on, bandaged around his head. It was due to a stray arm from Bolassie.
GOAL !!!1-1 JEDINAK FOUND BOLASSIE , WHO WENT ON A SOLO RUN AND HAD A LONG RANGE EFFORT CANNON OFF THE POST. DWIGHT GAYLE STABBED HOME THE REBOUND.
That's four goals in three appearance against Liverpool for Dwight Gayle. He really loves playing against them/
Joe Allen was for treatment when the goal was scored. If he continually bleeds then he should be subbed. Palace showed what they can do when up a man.
Both strikers have made statement by scoring on rare starts. Both managers will have something to think about.
Diwght Gayle was just offside off a long volleyed pass from Jedinak.

A waste as Palace is called for a foul off the corner.

The corner from Couinho breaks to Borini , who shoots well over.
Classic ! Palace fans are taunting "Can We Play You Every Week?"
It's over and it's another late collapse from Liverpool at Selhurst Park as Palace win 3-1.
Morning, MUR - I'm sorry that I missed the early one as it sounded like a real cracker. What a shocking result but great stuff for Palace.
I didn't see it on NBC Sports Network, who were showing a Formula One race. I'm here for the late one.
I'm watching the highlights of the early one now. Shocking defending from the Reds at Selhurst.
Here is the team news out of the DW this afternoon:
Hull - McGregor, Elmohamady, Dawson, Davies, Robertson, Huddlestone, Livermore, Ben Arfa, Ramirez, Brady, Jelavic. Subs: Rosenier, Chester, Meyler, Hernandez, Sagbo, Harper, Quinn.
Spurs - Lloris, Dier, Fazio, Vertonghen, Davies, Ericksson, Mason, Dembele, Lamela, Kane, Soldado. Subs: Chiriches, Lennon, Paulinho, Vorm, Stambo, Ceballos, Ball.
Nice one - Hull walking out to the Rocky anthem "Eye of the Tiger."
I feel like I haven't seen Spurs play much this season; it'll be interesting to see them. They get us started at the KC now.
An early appeal by Ericksson for a handball by Elmohamady. Nothing doing from the ref.
It'll be interesting to have a peek at Harry Kane - he's developing a big reputation.
The ball finds its way to Soldado and he tries a crack. Good opening from Spurs.
GOAL! Jake Livermore fires in a corker against his old club!
Livermore latched on to a secondary ball after the cross hadn't been cleared out. He took one touch and lashed it into the bottom corner.
1-0 Hull!
With that, both Spurs and Liverpool are in the bottom half again. Southampton, Newcastle, and West Ham all in European slots.
Good morning Bob. I see the Spuds trailing yet again
The earlier match was on CNBC
Morning, MUR - they fooled me with switching channels like that. I saw the highlights and it looks as if Brendan Rogers will have to take his back four to task.
Soldado looks as if he's already getting frustrating. I've never rated him - he's been a bust in the Prem.
I agree. The Spuds would do well to try and transfer him in the January transfer window.
It wasn't just the back four. Once Palace tied it up, Liverpool as a whole were generally flat. Bolassie was a thorn in their side the entire match. It was another late collapse at Selhurst Park.
Lloris misjudges a free kick and the Tigers win a corner.
The corner is headed away.
Oh - somehow Jelavic's cross made it's way to Brady and only Lloris and post kept it out.
And now Ben Arfa misses a sitter!
What a save by Lloris from Brady , off a pass from Jelavic.
Then Lloris did well to push away a cross then Ben Arfa shot the rebound over.
A great run down the left by Harry Kane as he wins a corner off former Spud , Michael Dawson/ It started with a great tackle by Ryan Mason. A really poor corner from Lamella.
Jelavic heads wide off a cross from Ben Arfa.
Hull really outplaying Spurs now. Ben Arfa chips one up for Jelavic to attack. Wide of the mark.
Fatty shows no love for his former teammates as he clatters Harry Kane.
It shows the crisis that the Spuds are in if even Hull City can run all over them.
Ben Arfa fouls Ben Davies.
The free kick from eriksen is headed away
Eriksen has a shot deflected for a corner after a cross from Dier was headed away.
First real chance for Spurs - Ericksson tries to curl one but it's deflected over.
And his corner is flicked behind by Soldado.
A pathetic header from Soldado off the corner from eriksen
Fatty fouls Lamella in a promising position for the Tigers. Fatty is on thin ice.
Jan Vertonghen and Curtis Davies get into it.
Suddenly it's all gotten overheated after a few tasty ones from Fatty.
Into the wall by Harry Kane.
Naughty by Eric Dier on Robbie Brady by the corner flag and he is booked.
The free kick from Ben Arfa is out for a corner.
The corner from Ben Arfa is headed on and Jelavic fouls Lloris.
Robbie Brady has his eye checked out. I wonder if he lost his contact lens.
Lamella has a shot beaten away by McGregor then A cross is headed away for a corner that is cleared by Andy Robertson.
Getting a bit spicy out there now.
Gaston Ramirez is down and it was a foul by eriksen. How did he miss that?
Now it's Ericksson diving in - should have gotten a card.
Raather! Time for the Spice Girls?
Perhaps they're the half-time show?
Oh - Jelavic had a chance there but he was too static to get the ball back in.
Jelavic wins a corner . Slooppy Spuds defending
The Spuds attack off the corner from Ben Arfa.
The Tigers want a sack of Spuds during the halftime show. What entertainment!
Eric Dier wins an unlikely corner.
One more minute of stoppage time to come.
The corner from eriksen is headed away. then a great cross by eriksen and nobody is there to divert it in.
Some derisive applause from the referee from the home support.
The Tigers are one up vs the Spuds at the half.
We're back on at the KC - and Hull have started how they finished. Quick start.
The second half is underway and Gaston Ramirez has shot blocked. The follow up from Livermore is high and wide.
Well Jake is not exactly chopped liver.
Harry Kane has a cross blocked for a corner.
Curtis Davies heads away the corner.
Ramirez seemed to kick out and the ref is consulting the linesman. And he's off!!!
Gaston Ramirez off - Hull down to ten men!
Yep - he had to go - he got frustrated and kicked out at Vertonghen. Silly boy - Brucie will be livid.
Gaston Ramirez is sent off on his Hull City debut for an off the ball incident. He was fouled off a throw by Vertongehn and kicked back at him. The referee had not other alternative.
Agreed. Hull City had complete control of this match. Now they will hope they can hold on .
Brucie's having a go at the fourth official - I think he'll have another view after the match. No question about the red card.
You're right - it really gives Spurs a chance to not only get back in with an equalizer but to turn it around entirely.
Dawson clears a dangerous Spuds cross for a corner.
Ryan Mason takes it short. Dembele has a shot blocked then slammed into the side netting by Fazio.
It's getting even spicier on the pitch and Michael Dawson is not friendly with his former mates.
Now it's Dawson who's out of control. The ref needs to get control of this. It was already getting bad tempered in the first half and it's really threatening to boil over.
I'm not sure why Brucie is giving the fourth official a hard time. It was a clear cut decision.
Pochettino is busy taking notes - he must be plotting some changes soon.
Hull making a change now.....
I agree - I just don't think he saw the incident.
Livermore fouls Lamella and is furious with the ref.
Ben Arfa is off and replaced by David Meyler, a much more defensive minded middie.
Ben Arfa is sacrificed because of the Ramirez sending off.
It was actually Brucie with the first change. He's always been quick off the draw.
Typical Soldado doesn't take advantage of the masonry as he fails to connect on a tasty cross from Ryan Mason.
In contrast, Spurs throw on Lennon to add some invention. Really different tactics for the two teams now.
Bob will be pleased that there is representation from the LUFC Academy is Lennon is on for Dembele.
Boom boom, mate - Soldado is making bricks of his chances this afternoon.
Curtis Davies fouls Soldado in a promising position for the Spuds.
Ta. BOOM BOOM as well!
GOAL! Ericksson hits a beautiful free kick against the post and Kane finishes it.
1-1!
GOAL !!! 1-1 AS THE FREE KICK FROM ERIKSEN CAME OFF THE POST AND HARRY KANE WAS IN THE PERFECT POSITION TO PUT AWAY THE REBOUND.
Kane's in the right place at the right time again. He seems an instinctual striker. Might be primed for a full England cap soon.
fATTY IS BOOKED FOR CUMULATIVE INFRACTIONS. a HIGH CHALLENGE ON rYAN mASON
Huddlestone talks his way into the book now after giving away another needless free kick. Brucie will not be happy with this collapse.
If he continues this run of form then definitely give him a try
Short one this time and it doesn't come off as Vertonghen tries something a bit acrobatic.
I agree. The ref thought it must have been a hefty challenge with a lot of weight behind it.
Brucie has seen enough as Fatty is off since he was pushing his weight about and the slimmer Liam Rosenior is on in his place.
Surprise Surprise !!! a tasty pass from Ciraces and Soldado misses a sitter.
Another big miss by Soldado - trickles by the post. How often have we seen him with head in hands?
I wonder what Bob would pay to see a goal from Soldado. That's a rare collector's item.
Spurs in total control now - I think Brucie is wrong to surrender the momentum by bringing on two defenders.
Oh - now it's Kane who misses a big chance. Went off his nose as Dawson put him off.
A great cross by Lennon and headed wide by Harry Kane, but great pressure from Michael Dawson.
Very rare - but I've got nothing invested in Soldado's success. I'd pay to see our new Brazilian boy Adryan score a couple.
I guess he didn't sniff that one out . Allan Clarke would not be impressed by that.
Good point, Bob.
Mason rifles one at goal and it's palmed away.
McGregor pushes out a shot by Mason then El Mophammedy walks like an Egyptian to clear for a corner.
Curtis Davies heads out for another corner taken short, but this one comes to nothing.
Tottenham back up in the top half again with that equalizer from Harry Kane.
The Spuds have had 85% possession in the second half thanks to that sending off.
Lamella shoots over off a pass from eriksen.
Lloris fumbles a long free kick from Liam Rosenior , but immediately gathers it.
Hull trying to get out of their half now - Jelavic with an ambitious effort.
Jelavic hooks a shot over on a rare attack. Nice long ball from Brady to Jelavic and nice pass from Meyler.
Oh - I forgot to ask - how was the show last night? Was Melanie happy with it?
Paulinho is on for Lamella, who has had a poor match today
No it's for Soldado , who was pants himself.
The concert went really well. We are very proud of Melanie. She was delighted with the show. After the concert I took her and some friends to a carnival. They didn't stay too long because a bad thunderstorm also came into town, so she stayed for a sleepover at a friend's house.
It's about time Soldado got the hook - I agree with you, he should be shopped back to Spain at the January transfer window.
Sounds like a great night out, well...apart from the thunderstorm. Well done, Melanie!
I forgot to mention that we ordered a DVD of the concert, so when you are next in town, you are welcome to watch the concert.
Nice - I'd love to!
Cheers mate. I missed parts of MOTD last night due to the storm and Sparky was not exactly thrilled about it. A lovely day today.
Dogs never do love thunderstorms.
Hull may well hold out for a draw here - they may take that now.
One Irishman for another as Stephen Quinn is on for Robbie Brady.
They would definitely take that. The Spuds would consider it a horrible result .
I can't see any way that Spurs or Liverpool will make the European slots this season.
GOAL! Ericksson strikes the killer blow for Spurs!
GOAL !!! ERIKSEN GIVES THE SPUDS A LATE LEAD WITH A LOVELY FINISH,
Ericksson has been the main bright spark for Spurs this season and he deserved that one. He got his body position all right there in order to angle the ball into the corner.
Into stoppage time.
Now it's Hull's turn to throw everything at the front.
He sure did. It's not likely for the Spuds or Pool, but there's plenty of footie to play.
Andy Robertson has talked himself into the book. He thought he was pulled back.
Curtis Davies heads well wide as he's now playing up front./
Lamella wins a corner as he keeps it by the flag of a pass from Lennon.
Spurs corner flagging it now to the delight of their traveling support.
Hull only a point above the bottom three now.
It's over and the Spuds come from behind to win 1-2 at the ten man tigers. The Spuds go up to the top half of the table , level on points with the Gunners. The Tigers are one point above the drop zone.
I will probably not be around for the match tomorrow, but should be around for part of Tuesday and all of Wednesday. How about you?
