Premiership Plus Predictions Game - Penultimate Update

I'm taking a break from the Euro 2016 previews tonight to update you lot one last time before the final tally on our Premiership Plus Predictions Game. It's been a wild and woolly season and it's all come down to the last two matches of the season - the Championship playoff match in the morning and the Champions League Final the afternoon. As you'll see, we have a dead-heat at the top, with Swansong and Yellows going head to head. If Real Madrid win on Saturday, the shield is headed to Yellows. If it's Hull and Atletico's day, then I'm going to have to come up with a tie-breaker. If both Hull and Real lose, the Shield will be in Fredonia at Swansong's house. Here are the current standings:
