We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Sorry about the result. The main objective is to remain in a playoff spot, where Leeds should be at the end of the season, then anything can happen.
I caught the last few minutes of the first half where Citeh lead the Swans 1-0 in a very dominant first half performance. This result would leave the relegation race wide open between six teams while Citeh will be third, ten points behind Chelsea.
Jesus scored for Citeh on a Sunday, so Pep's prayers must have been answered.
The second half is underway.
Swansea only had one touch in the Citeh penal;ty area while Citeh had 32 in the Swansea box. That's complete dominaace.
A rare Swans attack and one of the Olsson twins id fouled outside the Citeh box by Fernandinho.

The corner from Siggy is headed out then a bout of head tennis until Llorente clumsily gets Kolorov with his arm, going for the ball and is booked for that.

GOAL !!!! OH MY GIDDY AUNT . SIGGY HAS TIED IT UP FOR THE SWANS WITH A WELL PLACED EFFORT FROM JUST OUTSIDE THE BOX.
Like for like as one Spanish striker is on for another for Swansea. Borja for Llorente .Aguero is on for Sterling as Citeh have another true striker.
Citeh punished for not putting away the Swans in the first half. A rare long Swans possession resulted in the goal. It started with a throw and about twenty passes later Narsingh sang a lovely tune as he picked out Siggy, who scored with that great finish.
The consequence of that goal means that as things stand , Citeh are a dozen points behind Chelsea and basically out of the title race while the Swans move up a place and more importantly, two points clear of the drop zone.
Next up for the Swans is an unexpected and really vital relegation six pointer vs the Foxes in the late match next Sunday while Citeh will have a Monday night match at the South Coast at the Cherries.
Celtic won 2-5 at St. Johnny and should clinch the SPL title in a few weeks. Ho hum.

The goal came out of the blue as a slide tackle from Narisingh and the ball broke to Silva. He went on a run and his long cross was headed by Jesus, fumbled by Flappy and the he tapped the rebound in from an inch out. Horrible for Swansea , who looked to have gained a vital point.
Aguero heads over with a free header as the Swans were caught chasing an equalizer.
Citeh hang on to win 2-1 thanks to a pair of goals by Jesus on a Sunday: the last one a winner in the third minute of stoppage time. Siggy talked himself into the book shortly after the goal.

The Foxes are up for the match and atmosphere resembles that of the title run in last season.

A horrible back pass from Herrera to Vardy. He puts through Musa, but a goal is prevented due to a great slide tackle by Bailey.
The best football from United this match. Miki led a break, released Mata down the right. He passed back to Miki , who found Rash, which he was as his shot landed in Row M.

De Gea does well to hold on to a long range effort from Ndidi after a scrap in the United box. Two minutes of stoppage time.
Yikes!!!! the Seagulls have come from two down to make it Desmond with two quick goals. Bob will not be pleased.

The Foxes were almost literally sucker punched . The first goal came as Drinkwater won a tackle in midfield, it bwas cleared by Valencia, headed on by Smalling and Huth had his mind on the summer holidays as Miki got to a loose ball that was right at Huth's feet. He had the freedom of the KP as he went on a 50 yard run. His shot took a deflection off the out stretched leg of Wes Morgan and Kasper.
The second goal came as Pogba won a loose ball in midfield . He passed to Mata , who found Valencia down the right He went on a run and as he was challenged by Fuchs, he passed behind Fuchs and Zlatan tucked it away first time in the corner.
It's a right old ding dong at Peter Griffin Park as the Bees take a 3-2 lead in stoppage time. Bob should be pleased about that.
Several changes to start the second half. Blind on for Rojo while Claudio makes two changes for the Foxes. Damari Gray and Andy King are on for Okozaki and Musa.
GOAL !!!! JUST A MATA OF TIME AS UNITED GO THREE UP.

The goal came off a long spell of Foxes possession. A long clearance from Kapser was headed on by Herrera. The first two goal scorers , Miki and Zlatan played a one two then Miki played a one two with Mat as the Mata got behind Fuchs and finished past the stranded Kasper. Fuchs appealed for offside, but the replay showed that Wes Morgan kept Mata onside.
I was about to state that the Foxes two substitutions were tactical as a winger and a midfield player came on for two strikers. It hasn't worked.
Herrera is booked for pushing down Vardy on an attempted Foxes break.
Pogba fouls Ndidi from behind as he went on a solo run and is booked for that. The free kick is just outside the United box.
OH!!! The closest the Foxes have come to scoring as Mahrez curled the free kick , but it went off the side netting on the near side of the goal.
YIKES! I thought the Bees had won it as Konstantin Kershbaumer had given the Bees a 3-2 lead in the fourth minute of stoppage time, but Tomer Hemed , the Israeli international,, tied it up in the seventh minute of stoppage time to make it 3-3 and rescue a point for the Seagulls.
The Toon are back on top, a point ahead of the Seagulls.,
BLOODY HELL! MATA WAS CLEAN THROUGH ON GOAL AND TRIES A CHIP WITH JUST KASPER TO BEAT, BUT IT'S STRAIGHT TO THE BIG KEEPER.

This result will leave the Foxes one point ahead of the drop zone. United will remain sixth, but will be a point behind fifth place Liverpool and two points behind fourth placed Gunners
Vardy heads well over from a cross by Mahrez.
Vardy wins a corner off of Bailey.
The corner is off Smalling for another.
Wes Morgan heads on the next corner from Gray, but nobody is up and United counter. Eventually , Zlatan is crowded out .
Hair Bear is on for Mata. Thankfully , United are three up, so he can't do enough to cost us the match in such a short period of time.
Great last ditch tackle by Fuchs on Herrera from a through ball from Miki.
Foxes fans head for the exit.

A horrible challenge by Valencia on Gray on what looked like a foul on the bullocks. Those are really painful. He got away with that as it's not even a booking.
Gray takes the corner and it's headed away by Zlatan.
De Gea is booked for time wasting after Vardy was called for a foul on him.
Kapser comfortably saves a long range effort from Pogba.
Only a minute of stoppage time. I guess Anthony Taylor want s to put the Foxes out of their misery.
It's over as United comfortably thrash the Foxes 0-23 and a few boos from the remaining home fans. Claudio sportingly congratulates Jose , who respectfully responds.
