Nothing really excites me on today's slate
I was watching some of the MLS Final last night... the game was fast and exciting.
It was like how the Premier League used to be!
No passing for possession
No ALWAYS playing it out of the back.
No sideways and backwards passing
Morning, Dave - I agree. The matches aren't great today but they are mostly on the telly. And I'm really enjoying the Blades getting beaten up here.
Yeah - I caught a bit as well around my Saturday night shopping routine. Agreed - it was a good match. Interestingly, my New England Revolution team nearly made the final - we were beaten by the eventual winners Columbus in the semis (Conference Final, as they call it).
I have a buddy who is a Union fan....he wasn't happy with the Revs!!
He grew up in Philly. I actually went down there quite a fews ago with him to see Union play Everton
Ah - Danny Ings should have added a third goal there. The Blades are only a goal better - but five points worse off than - on GD than WBA now.

I know the hate for Spurs on LOB for obvious reasons but I don't mind them
I would take them winning the league over Liverpool and City.... but there is BLOODY JOSE!
Well, the EL doesn't have the furious pace of the PL. Jose likes to play at least two defensive middies with only Kane and Son as attacking options. Bale would have to come in at the expense of one of those.
I don't have the blind hatred that Steve has for obvious reasons. I just don't like Jose and I don't like the way they play.

2/3 of the movie has nothing to do with the Christmas! The only reason it is associated with Christmas is that Uncle Billy loses the money on Christmas Eve!
He could have lost the money on May 23rd and the plot of movie could have been exactly the same!
