We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Thanks for acknowledging this loss, Dave. Interestingly, if you go back into the archives, you'll notice that in the early days of the LOB, I posted a series of threads called "Goals I Remember." Frank's goal here was one of them. Ironically, our resident Hammer and defensive coach, picked the clip apart due to the poor defending, minimizing the skill that Frank shows in flipping the ball over his back and volleying home. I still love that goal. RIP.
