A rotten week for my lot in the league. I thought the first loss to Leicester had a silver lining for knocking Liverpool out of the Champions League.... and then United let Liverpool back in losing to them on Thursday

Happy Cup Final Day, Dave! Of course, this day always brings back warm memories of Cup Finals past when the whole day was built around the big match. We'd wake up early and watch the players having brekkies. Then there was Goal of the Season, Morecombe and Wise, It's a Knock Out and much, much more. I hate that there are other matches on the same day, but that doesn't mean I won't be roaring on my Leeds boys this morning. MOT!

I got my second shot on Thursday. I had some side effects from it. Fever and chill overnight and got no sleep. I felt better in late afternoon but felt iffy before bed but had a good night sleep last night and seem to feel ok today

They put the Cup Final in the penultimate weekend for a few years but the last one was in 2012. Hopefully they are doing this only because of the Covid schedule and the Euros

We're alright David. Kinda worried about my father in law. He's 95 and has been falling. He misjudged sitting down into his armchair a few weeks ago, and then again getting out of the walk in shower yesterday evening. He didn't injure himself, but both Eric and I have to lift him off the floor because he can't do it himself. We're only 15 minutes away fortunately.
Dave, your vaccination response is the same as mine, two days of utter suck. Wednesday, Eric has his second Moderna so I've laid in the Gatorade for him.
