Morning boys, I'm getting to the Cup action a wee bit late, due to a late night with the missus and a lie in this morning. I'm watching the Wycombe v. Sunderland match right now. It's a right old ding dong at present at 2-2.

I have tuned in the match at the Den with the Lions beating the Eagles 1-0 inside the first 30 minutes

I think that is a League 1 match and not in the Cup

Has Palace put out a strong side...it really frustrates me when teams with no worries of relegation STILL put out a weak team

Pompey match was postponed because Pompey played in the EFL Trophy Final Stage last night at Exeter
They won 3-2 with goals in the 89th and 93rd minute

Because of Covid and fixture congestion, there are no replays for in the Cup... I don't like it but I think that it will never come back

When you think about it, there haven't been a lot of teams who've won the Cup. I was just watching a Cup preview show on YouTube for Leeds fans featuring Dom Matteo and they were showing images of Cup matches past underscoring that we've only won the Cup once in 1972. But there are loads of teams that haven't never won it including these two.
That would be a challenge to name all 19 cities

The fourth tier didn't start until 1958. Before that Third Division North and South, so I would guess probably not

A right old ding dong in L1 as Wycombe vs the Black Cats finished 3-3. Black Cats took a 2-3 lead in the third minute of stoppage time then Wycombe tied it up in the eight minute of stoppage time. Black Cats would have gone top with a win

Yeah - '74 was a magical year for us, although I'm sad that it wasn't with Don Revie. Jimmy Armfield was our manager but it was really still Revie's side.
