All of Our Favorites on a Sunday
All of the LOB favorites are lined up in a row this Sunday. We get started early with a Leeds road trip to Crystal Palace. It's been a rough few weeks for Jesse Marsch's side, so it's high time that we bounce back. That's followed by the marquee match of the week - Arsenal v. Liverpool. The Reds were expected to be Man City's biggest rivals this season, but Arsenal have proven the pundits wrong with a terrific start. Finally, it's Man Utd away to Frank Lampard's Everton.
Join me for all the fun!

Good Morning, Bob. Thanks for getting us started. Hoping for a successful day for our teams.
MOT! COME ON LEEDS!
Morning, David - hope you've had a good weekend so far. I'm just settling in for the match after the usual morning diaper and feeding routine. Remember those days?
Jesse Marsch's side haven't been the prettiest to watch this season, but we're reasonably safe in mid-table so far. An away point (or better) against Crystal Palace today would solidify that positions. Lord Bamford is back, so who knows? Come on, you Leeds boys! MOT!
The team news out of Selhurst Park:
Crystal Palace: Guaita, Ward, Andersen, Guehi, Schlupp, Olise, Doucoure, Eze, Ayew, Edouard, Zaha. Substitutes: Mitchell, Milivojevic, Tomkins, Mateta, Hughes, Johnstone, Ebiowei, Riedewald, Gordon.
Leeds: Meslier, Kristensen, Koch, Cooper, Struijk, Adams, Roca, Aaronson, Rodrigo, Harrison, Bamford. Substitutes: Ayling, Summerville, Klaesson, Llorente, Gyabi, Gnonto, Gelhardt, Greenwood, Klich.
Referee: Paul Tierney (Lancashire)
Hello, Bob. I remember those days well. The good thing is that it's temporary and soon will be a thing of the past
The panel just reminded us that both managers managed in MLS. I think they managed the Gotham City teams. Becky asked who will win. I think it will be the draw that satisfies you
Doing well, thank you for asking . We went to the Sorghum Festival in a nearby town yesterday. How has your weekend been?
In the Championship the Terriers are defeating the Tigers 2-0 in second half stoppage time. Despite that the Terriers are second from bottom, a pair of points from safety
At the same time as this match there will be a London Derby as the Hammers host the Cottagers , which will be aired on the COCK.
Sorry that match will be on CNBC
Back from the bog for the match.
COME ON LEEDS! MOT!
Great noise from the away Leeds fans at kickoff - come on, boys!
Oh - terrible backpass allows Jack in there but Lord Bamford couldn't capitalize.
The Cottagers take the lead at the Hammers. Former United player, Andres Perreira , with the goal
Jack was played in again but he overcooked his ball to LB.
Cottagers up to seventh place, ahead of United on goal difference. Hammers a pair of points above the drop zone
Wide from Aaronson off a pass from Rodrigo. Good start by Leeds
Oh - another great attack through Rodrigo, who played in Aaronson. Weak effort in the end. We've started well but we need a goal to settle things.
Bob, are you feeling confident about the start from Leeds?
The Terriers have defeated the Tigers 2-0, but remain in the drop zone despite the win
It's better than we've had in recent matches. It's huge to have Bamford back.
GOAL! LEEDS TAKE THE LEAD OFFV A STRUIJCH FROM CHRIS AFTER AARONSON HIT THE POST OFF A SOLO RUN
YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!
We have the early goal then that we needed. Great run and shot by Aaronson off the Sunday Roast and the rebound was finished off by the unlikely figure of Pascal Struijk!
We're all over these mugs right now.
It was the Leeds high press that worked well as a tackle was won deep in the Palace half. A nice cheeky back heel from Rodrigo found Aaropnson , who went on a mazy run, hit the post and Chris with instincts of a great Struijker scored on the rebound
I woke up poor Maddox with my screaming at the goal. He was just slipping off into a nap. Double kisses for the babies.
Congrats, Bob. Delighted for you and a well deserved Leeds lead
Poor form, LOL! I'm sure Kate is thinking about a double booking. Double kisses indeed.
The high press is really working out for us but we need a bit more composure in the final third.
He's back asleep again. LOL!
Chris definitely showed composure with that Struijk.
BOOM BOOM!
That will give you a well deserved rest
We definitely have the four seasons here. A bit of a nipper on morning walkies today and the leaves are changing color.
Decent cross in from Rodrigo but Guaita beat LB to it.
Oh - Bamford was in there but he just couldn't finish it. We really need to get him on the scoresheet.
There's that composure you mentioned. Bamford thorough and a great save by Guaita, but had just the keeper to beat
Yes I don't miss the heat and humidity six months out of the year. The weather has been lovely, but a little cool at night . How is it in WNY?
Palace have a free kick that they can swing in. Mark em up!
BUGGER! PALACE TIES IT UP. ODD SON, EDDIE HEADS IN THE FREE KICK FROM MIKE OLISE.
Bugger! Palace equalize from the free kick through a header from Edouard.
1-1
VAR check for offside, Come on!
Sorry, Bob. Leeds have dominated, but as you mentioned Leeds has to take their chances. VAR checking for offside
The goal stands - he did look onside.
It stands . Sorry, mate.I do believe Leeds will score again given their dominance
That goal was Palace's first shot of the match. The announcer says it was only their first touch of the match in the Leeds box.
Well, we are playing well so more chances will come.
Now we have a free kick out wide left.
Brendan Aaronason and Harrison patting their heads.Free kick from Harrison headed away then hoofed away
Hammers tie it up vs the Cottagers courtesy of a spot kick from Jarred Bowen
Palace really having difficulty clearing their lines.
Jared Bowen probably needed that goal.
Palace now a point above the drop zone with that goal with Leeds in mid table
We all love Leeds!
Ayew wins a corner off Struijk. Mark em up!
Jordan Ayew wins a corner off of Jack Harrison off a spell of Palace pressure
Bamford was away there but Guehi pulled him back. Yellow card for the Palace man.
Corner from Mike Olise cleared then Leeds break off a tackle on Joachim Andersen then Mark Gueye booed for a foul on Bamford on that break
Nasty clash of heads from the resulting free kick between Koch and Ayew.
Free kick from Aaronson headed on by Mini Cooper then a foul called.
Play stopped off that nasty clash of heads. There should be several minutes of stoppage time.
Jordan Ayew still down. Koch seems to be okay.
Koch is back up but Ayew looks in some trouble.
Jordan Ayew with his head bandaged. Play should resume soon.
Play resumes. and a standing ovation
A quintet of stoppage time minutes due to the lengthy stoppage
Late by Jordan Ayew on Rodrigo
Eze does it as he's fouled by Two Presidents
It's 1-1 at the half at the London Stadium
Also 1-1 at the half at Selhurst Park
I'm pleased with that first half performance, our best since the home win against Chelsea. But the copy book was blotted by the cheap equalizer.
All to play for in the second half.
Bonus coverage as the second half is underway from the London Stadium
Decent save by Jay Leno in the Cottagers goal to keep it tied
The Package wins a free kick for the Hammers as he was fouled by Bobby Reid
Cross from Bowen headed just wide by Scimacca and now the second half from Selhurst Park is underway
Back after some dishwashing duty for the second half.
Welcome back. You're a busy beaver. I did some dishwashing before the match kicked off.
The referee has Struiked off a soft yellow for Chris. Kind of harsh, mate?
Palace have started the better in this second half so far.
MOT!!!
Aaronson Schlupped down by Jeff in naughty fashion.
Struijk wins a corner out wide left. Come on!
That Struijk from Chris results in as Leeds corner
Oh - Patrick just couldn't get onto that long ball. Shame.
what a block by Christensen from Jordan Ayew to prevent a Palace lead . Palace has a corner
Free header fro Joachim Andersen headed straight into the air and gathered by Meslier. Then hand baks between Schlupp and Meslier
Palace are knocking on the door - Olise with a decent effort saved well by Meslier.
Long shot from Mike Olise straight to Meslier
Palace are now dominating midfield the way that we did in the first half.
Cross from Mike Olise headed over by Odd Son, Eddie
Hammers have come from behind to take a 2-1 lead vs the Cottagers
Luca Scamacca from the second floor scores the second Hammers goal
We'll need some changes soon. Maybe Klich for Roca? Joffy for Rodrigo?
Scammacca seems to be coming good at last.
Summerville on for Bamford in the Autumn
Lord Bamford has run his race. Summerville replaces him. I'd have preferred to have seen Joffy.
Agreed, mate. Scimacca has a couple of goals recently. Hammers now four pints clear of the drop zone
Agreed. Joffy not on in in a jiffy. Sorry, mate
Mitchell for Ayew and Milovojevic for Doucourre. Sounds like Paddy Viera is content with a draw
Summerville wins a free kick in a dangerous area. Let's make the most of it.
The first action for the Serb is to obstruct Summerville in the Autumn
Jack's free kick evades everyone.
Decent free kick from Jack Harrison, but nobody could make a connection and it goers harmlessly out of play
I disagree with the color commentator. An away point is just fine for us; Palace really need a home win today against a bottom half side.
It's noticeable that our players are just starting to waste a bit of time when they can. That must have been the order from the bench when Summerville came on.
United back in seventh place and the Cottagers down to ninth place
Phew! Zaha with a snapshot - wide.
Somehow, I think both former Gotham City managers will be content with a point
I had a feeling that Klich might make an appearance before long - he's a busy little player.
Bob, I think you just Kliched the dislike button as he's coming on instead off Joffy
Matty Klich comes on for Aaronson. That's a defensive move in my mind.
Aaronson has been Kliched off the pitch. Like for like?
Bugger! Out of nothing, Eze crushes one in.
2-1.
BUGGER MIKE OLISE GIVES PALACE A 2-1 LEAD
Sorry, mate. I guess Eze does it, not Olise
Now then - we need a goal. Come on, Jesse - get Joffy on.
Now Kristensen picks up a yellow for a foul on Zaha.
Soft yellow for Christensen for a foul on Zaha
Long diagonal from the back found Olise who passed wide left to Mitchell , back to Zaha , who back heeled to Eze, who cut in and scored with a nice fin isa from just outside the box
Rodrigo wins a Leeds corner off of Mitchell
Rodrigo wins a corner - but it comes to nothing.
Ten minutes left for us to salvage something out of this.
Palace now behind Leeds on goal difference. If Palace scores another goal they will move ahead of Leeds in the table
Joffy and Ayling about to be unleashed.
Double substitution to be made by Jesse Marsch. Luke Ayling and Joffy about to come on
Kristensen and Roca to come off.
AN Ayling change as Christensen comes off and Joffy not exactly in a jiffy for Marc Rocca
Mike Olise has been booked for Palace
MOT!!!!
We'll need a moment of magic from Joffy now.
Padyd responds with his own double change as Mateta on for Odd Son, Eddie in a like for like switch and Will Hughes for Mike Olise which will probably result in more possession for Palace, art at least that's Paddy's plan
COME ON LEEDS! MOT! Soft foul by Joffy on Gueye
Joffy gives up a silly free kick.
Eze into the wall and it deflects out for a Palace corner
Hammers take a 3-1 lead in stoppage time
Antonio with the Hammers goal
Joachim Andersen heads over a free kick from Eze
Hammers now in 13th place just above Leeds and Palace
Five minutes of stoppage time to come now.
United will move up to fifth place if they win at Goodison Park today
A quintet of stoppage time minutes
It's over at the London Stadium . Hammers have defeated the Cottagers 3-1
Palace just trying to see out the match here - very frustrating.
Palace have Koched their way to another corner
Palace can move up the table. Their next two matches are against Palace and Wolves
JM wants more urgency - so do I!
Very scrappy in the Palace area.
Not a clean shot from Joffy and straight to Guaita after several failed attempts by Leeds to get a shot off
That's it - a poor loss for us in a match that we needed a point out of. Next up is the Arsenal at home. I don't really fancy that one.
It's over. Palace have come from behind to win 2-1 . Sorry, Bob.
That's a big match coming on. I'm sure Steve will be eager to watch that one
They're off from the EM.
GOAL!MARTINELLI GIVES THE GUNNERS THE LEAD LESS THAN A MINUTE IN
VAR checking for offside. It stands and the Gunners are one up early on
The goal came as a long clearance from Alison was one boy Saliuba on a tackle;e on Luis Diaz. There ball broke wide right to Saka who pass ed to Odor Guard who smelled a opening as his slide rule pass found Martinelli, who scored with a great finish past his fellow Brazilian, Alison
Charles Darwin Nunez has a shot blocked for a Pool corner
Corner cleared and Luis Diaz booked for pushing down Martinelli on the Gunners break
Bad news for the Gunners and Three Lions as Aaron Ramsdale has pulled a Hammy ,. tasking a goal kick. Matt Turner warming , but the American international will not be making his Prem debut as Ramsdale is able to continue
Martinelli clears for a Pool corner
Van Dyke heads well over off the corner from TAA
Great save by Alison from Xakha Khan off a pass from Ben White, but the offside flag is raised
Gunners back on top while Pool is in tenth pending the outcome of the late match
Saka down off a challenge from Tsimikas. Nothing called.
Close range shot from Charles Darwin Nunez beaten away by Ramsdale
A goal , an assist, and a sending off in battle for survival of the fittest for Charles Darwin Nunez
Great save by Ramsdale as he prevented an OG by Saliba
GOAL ! CHARLES DARWIN NUNEZ HAS TIED IT UP FOR POOL
It started with a throw from TAA . He got the ball back then Peter Gabriel was not exactly a Sledge Hammer as he failed to deal with an up and under from TAA and Luis Diaz squared it up for an easy tap in for Charles Darwin Nunez
Withe now top, a point ahead of the Gunners while Pool move up to ninth place ahead of the Cottagers
Luis Diaz down , holding his knee.
Luis Diaz down again. If he can't continue then he needs to be substituted rather than wasting tons of time
Bobby Chompers on in place of Luis Diaz
Saka wins a Gunners corner off of Tsimikas
Olly Twist smells a booking as Odor Guard brings down Jota
GOAL ! SAKA GIVES THE GUNNERS THE LEAD ON THE STROKE OF HALFTIME
The Gunners broke off a Pool free kick and Jesus put Martinelli through down the left . He went on a long run then his pass dissected the Pool defense leaving Saka with an easy tap in at the far post. The Gunners lead 2-1 at the half
The Gunners are back on top of the table
The second half is underway as Joe Gomez Addams is on for TAA
GOAL! DESMOND AT THE EM AS BOBBY CHOMPERS TAKE A BITE OUT OF THE GUNNERS LEAD TO TIE IT UP
It started out of the back with a short pass from Alison and a methodical possession culminated in a nice pass from Jota that found Bobby Chompers and scored with as well placed finish past Ramsdale
PENALTY TO THE GUNNERS . NOT SURE WHY BUT I THINK THIAGO WAS CALLED FOR A FOUL ON JESUS OFF A LONG SPELL OF GUNNERS PRESSURE. DIDN'T SEEM LIKE TOO MUCH CONTACT
VAR checking for hand bags between Hendo and Xakha Khan. Nothing doing with that
Saka to take.
GOAL! SAKA AT THE DOUBLE AS HE SCORES WITHA WELL PLACED PENALTY TO GIVE THE GUNNERS A 3-2 LEAD
Harvey Elliott is on for Jota
The Gunners are back on top, a point ahead of Citeh
I smell a defensive change as Kieran Tierney is on for Odor Guard
VAR checking for a penalty to Pool for a challenge by Kieran Tierney on Harvey Elliott . Nothing doing
Quintet of stoppage time minutes. A corner off a long punt from Ramsdale after Van Dyker , Alison and Jesus collided and it's a corner as it was headed out by Van Dyke. . Eddie on for Jesus
Peter Gabriel and Hendo exchanging words. Olly Twist breaks it up . Now both managers being lectured by Olly Twist. Finally, the corner will be taken
Fabio Viera on for Saka , which will add even more to the stoppage time.
It's over and the Gunners win thriller 3-2 to stay top of the pops. Now off to lunch ahead of the late match
They're off from Goodison Park.
COME ON MAN UNITED!
BUGGER IWOBI GIVES THE TOFFEES AN EARLY LEAD. NICE FINISH FROM JUST OUTSIDE THE BOX
Casemiro was too easily tackled by Onana . Then Damari Gray went on a run and passed to Iwobi for the nice finish
WAY HAY ANTONY TIES IT UP FOR UNITED!
If the Toffees cough up possession in midfield then they're Gana pay for it . Casemiro with a nice pass to compatriot , Antony and nice finish
Nice save by Pickford from Eriksen then cleared by Seamus Coleman for a United corner
OH! Pickford repels a really close range karate chop
An early change as CR 7 is karate chopped on top the pitch. Not sure if such an early change is due to injury
BUGGER! BRUNO HAS A GOAL DISALLOWED FOR OFFSIDE . CR 7 OFFSIDE WHEN HE RECEIVED THE PASS THAT RESULTED IN THE GOAL
