Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Great question, unless the answer is stupid.
Any clues?
It's not stupid, Dave.
Here's a broad hint: think of common experiences that all but one might have had in their lives.
Arsene Wenger, all of them are managing in the Premiership but Wenger is the only one that has not played for their country
You're getting warmer, but Wenger is not the odd man out.
I could argue that my answer is correct.
I will think more
You're right about four of them having played for their countries but there are two others as well as Wenger who haven't. Guess again, lad.
Jol has played, so has Coppell, Hughes and Pearce. I guess Mourinho hasn't
Still thinking
That's the one, mate! Mourinho not only never played for Portugal - he never played for anyone professionally! Rafa Benitez is another with no professional experience.
Interestingly, the top four clubs for the past few years have been managed by guys with either no or fairly modest careers playing in football. Sir Alex and Arsene Wenger both had fairly undistinguished careers and I don't think either was ever capped.
So, do crap footballers make better managers?
