We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Carlos Ruiz gets the kicking he deserves



I hope that in addition to suspending Clark for the kick on Ruiz that the MLS goes after Carlos for clutching at his face when he clearly took this kick to the body. The "man" is a disgrace and the sooner he pisses off back to Guatemala or Qatar, the better.

Agreed, but if you think that that dive was bad, check out Dida's shocking performance after the second Celtic goal in midweek. A fan comes running on and gives Dida a cheeky arm round the neck. Dida takes off running after him and then collapses. Brilliant stuff.
